It looks like the game is using the book rules that Fantasy Flight Games put out several years ago. They are definitely using the setting. Really looking forward to this game and your videos. Not sure if I will take a break from Starfield to play this or what a while...

It is not. It is an RPG with turn based combat.
If you have played on of the recent "Pathfinder" games, you´ll know what to expect.
It is a turn-based, party CRPG. Made by the same company that made the Pathfinder CRPGs. Loosely based on the Fantasy Flight Rogue Trader TTRPG system. It's more accessible than the Pathfinder games. But still a CRPG for fans of the genre. Not as much Action RPG or Open World RPG players.
