IIRC either it was an interview with the Manga's Author or it's in the Character Encyclopedia...he had shared some inspiration for some of the Characters in Blue Lock and Isagi was based on the Italian Player Filipo Inzhagi did some reading about the guy and it is said Inzhagi had Average skills but he has this almost supernatural ability to be in the right place and the right time to score goals
That's so right and the Collab with E-football (pes) confirms it isagi card is labeled as inzhagi and you can check his stats it makes so much sense now

lately this reaction blue lock from you guys are the highlight of the week for me, that and Shogun.
I relate to red hair guy a lot... I had a broken foot for nearly 2 years, it was a hairline break that happened from skipping. Yeah, fucking skipping. I couldn't put much pressure on it without pain going all the way up to my knee. It healed after a few months and I was walking easy so I went for a jog and it went back to pain again. I'm healed now but I don't know how much I can do on my foot now and it's always on my mind. It's debilitating and holds you back, this is exactly how I feel. It's no ACL tear, but still is an issue.
That really sucks, I know it's easier said than done but keep working on it.

I've had an injury on my knee about 8 years ago ish from heavy squats (only in the 3-5 rep range too) in the gym. Even though it healed up, the knee never feels the same. I can still sprint or run on it but I'm always careful and I massage the quads very regularly. Have never done heavy squats ever again. Can't risk it.
