- Now that Conference Championship weekend is over, a record 13 SEC teams line up to get their bowl invites. The only way to do that is to attend the hottest event in the country; the SEC Bowl Dance.

How yall come up with quality scripts and get everything practiced and shot in about 24 hrs at the most is unbelievable. I love SEC shorts.
I thought about that too. They probably have a lot of the one liners from previous games in a basket…. Then they probably come up with a scenario for both a win or a loss the week before, and add specifics after the game, if that makes sense.
@@LeskoBrandon2x it does make sense, but even still it would be hard to make those fit together all while making them fit with the current events. Then they have to turn that into a script, gather talent together, do multiple shoots, make script tweaks while shooting, cut and edit all of that footage, then finally post it. They do all of that while keeping the production value top notch and the material topical and very funny. Some games aren't over until 11pm or 12am on Friday, but it never fails that when you wake up on Sunday morning there's a new video. These people are extremely good at what they do.

This might honestly be the best SEC Shorts video of all time. Gotta be one of the longest and absolutely hilarious throughout. It’s impressive what they can do every week in such a quick turnaround period, and to get a 5 minute video that is high quality that fast is ridiculous. Props to SEC Shorts for making quality content on a weekly basis.

@@justinwilliams1127 - Yes, usually it is very incredible how they do that based on the game events that happened over the weekend, but I’m sure they’ve been working on parts of this for a “long” time and edited a few more current events in on Sunday. Still, you’ve got to love the amount of work and effort these guys put in. Definitely professional grade!

We rolled over a Kentucky team that was on fire at the time. We had a tough loss to your Gators and an even more brutal defeat at the mustard bowl vs Old Miss. I watched FUNNYMAINE earlier this morning and I couldn't wait until SEC SHORTS dropped their new video.
This video had it all:
1. A remake of an old SEC Shorts video.
2. More jabs at Texas and Oklahoma.
3. Every SEC team gets recognized (Good or Bad)
4. We even got a cameo from "Hope" to continue giving Georgia nightmares.
This was the BEST SEC SHORTS video of the year.

As a Texas fan the only reasons I'm excited about being in the SEC are renewing the A&M rivalry and being included more in SEC shorts (even if most of it is making fun of Texas!)
Sad that I am graduating so I won’t get the experience the A&M - Texas rivalry at Kyle Field.
if anything this season has taught us a healthy respect for a sense of humor haha. I look forward to the SEC. We'll take our lumps at first but it'll force us to get better or continue to featured in SEC shorts. Either way it'll be fun.
