I'm kind of surprised it's taken THIS LONG to get a destination trailer trailer floor plan with two full bed and baths rather than all the loft bunk designs currently out there. Especially considering this layout's popularity in the fifth wheel world of RVs!
It's an awesome alterantive to a bunkhouse that works where bunks often do not. The longer beds and full sleeping spaces are better fit for taller people. It makes this RV a better fit for cases of larger children, children with special needs, or even a literal "mother in law suite"

I see a missed opportunity. They should’ve had a second awning installed for the rear. I envision a big reversed “L” shaped deck built where you back in. Then all the doors step out onto the deck. The rear awning section would add additional grilling or searing area.

This floorplan looks awesome with the residential table and chairs and breakfast bar instead of an outdated diner booth dinette👍and the porcelain toilets also steps it up a notch💥but the cheap look of a shower curtain, 4” fart fans and no TV is so entry level☹️

Essentially a mobile home? Two bathrooms? Outrageous!
This is much easier to sale than a mobile home or to relocate.
Let’s assume you like to camp, own a property to your north and another to the south. You can have sewer, water and electricity installed at each site and spend your summer weekends in the north, and your winter weekends in the south. These are great hunting or guest cabins. They are different, but know they wouldn’t make so many of these if there were no demand. They fit a niche in the market.
My best advice is to buy used and get it inspected!! I seen some half price and just a couple years old!!! Can u imagine moving a mobile home 3 years old?
Similar kind of layout but still definitely a common class camper build

I can't imagine there's a huge market for a RV that's made to leave at a campsite.

It's fairly niche and regional but very popular in some areas
Michigan where I'm from for instance has a strong market for RVs like this due to the abundance of seasonal sites

This would be the perfect unit for my place in Harrison MI, having 2 bedrooms would be ideal! it is exactly what it was made for. I own a lot in a private campground where all units need to have self-contained black and gray water systems and they come around twice a week and pump out the tanks.

Really nice and I love the fact no bunks. However, I would much rather have a rectangular shower in the front bathroom. Fiberglass for sure.

Cool looking park model. If I were to live in an RV park or Mobile Home village if they allowed destination trailers, this would be a contender. I like the idea of a larger home-like trailer. Could be a good seasonal home in a resort place for "Snow birds" or as Summer quarters in the mountains.
that's kind of how I see it - summer/winter place to visit for a bit
I love my travel trailer and I love seeing new places but think once my truck or camper needs upgrading I might go permanent/seasonal. My bro sold his diesel truck for more than what he bought it for and bought something similar to this on a spacious seasonal and has no regrets. I'm not there yet but the seed has been planted. I do really dig the opposing bedrooms in this unit, not so hot on the entertainment center though.
As long as you find a place / neighbors you like seasonals can be pretty awesome

Hey Josh, I thought I saw a long time ago during Haylette video days. I remember either a Jayco or Cherokee destination trailer with two full bedrooms and I think one of the bedrooms had a loft
Also Puma made a destination trailer with 2 bedrooms back in the day. Don't know if they do anymore.

That camper is amazing. There's only one problem with it. That fairly flat front end....that is going to drink fuel while towing it. I wish they had made the front a little rounder or perhaps a little bit more aerodynamic....
It's made for being at a destination and not at all tuned for towing

You talked a bit about AC but didn't say anything about heat. Is this designed for cold weather use?

Some hits but a lot of weird misses. No washer/dryer hookups? That means trips to the laundromat. The kitchen power setup or lack there of is weird and really vwey little ktichen counter space. You are right about the space behind the TV, thats a big waste. Also, the door in the bathroom is strange and no privacy shades in some areas??? You have shown fifth wheels with more available storage throughout the coach. This could be a live in in certain areas of the US, but the misses for me out weigh the hits. Just seems sparce and empty for this type of vehicle.

You'll find W/D hookups on things like the "Grand Lodge/Grand Villa" that aren't always included on the simplier-by-design Lodge/Villa
Poor Sal-Wood. So many 'Did they even do a 2nd look before releasing this, or was it just a rush job they'll "tweak" after the show?' missed details in this model. 😢Considering how long they've been releasing trailers, you'd think they'd have gotten more right the 1st time around. 😮💨

@@JoshtheRVNerd So, especially for a destination trailer... From the rear: 1) No privacy in the bathroom when doors with shades are readily available and shouldn't be something the buyer has to "handle" on their own. 1.5) I'm also stumped how designers haven't figured out yet how to put a "drop down" option like on home screen doors that would allow for closing the shade without opening the door, stepping outside to close the shade, then stepping back in and closing the door. 2) They should have made the bed there a Queen, allowing for 4-6" wall shifting so that the shower stall, and sink counter, could be longer (but more importantly, there was more room around the toilet for legs and so you don't have to straddle it to get into the shower). 3) As you pointed out, the TV cabinet was a huge "secret compartment" fail. Even with it housing wiring, unless the ENTIRE panel was for wiring (which is insanely disorganized if so) there was room for storage. A door cabinet (reinforced for the weight of the TV) could have fixed it. They even could have put the breaker box there and freed up space in the kitchen for storage. 4) Over the fireplace could have been a full height cabinet, with over the counter being the entertainment center for better viewing without the loss of storage, or the control panel. 6) And since that control panel is there, they could have easily fit under the cabinet outlets if they weren't going to provide a pop-up outlet next to the stove if they weren't putting any on the wall except the microwave and stove/fridge plugs. Having just 1 plug set that you have to go around the counter ever single time you want to plug in/unplug an appliance is crazy. 7) A fold-up counter extension would go a long way (pun intended) to gaining usable countertop. 8) Nitpicky, but a magnetic side-splash to keep the fridge clean from that bacon grease should have been considered, since there's no cabinet side to restrict how far splatter can drip down. Having to pull out the fridge just to clean it is craziness. 9) They shouldn't have wasted space on the "aesthetic wall" and just squared up the bathroom, again for more leg room. 9.5) Totally personal, because at least they used a bigger version, but I HATE radius showers, which I was forgiving of in the floorplan because at least the rear bathroom has a rectangular shower. 10) As you said, again, they missed the mark not putting in a medicine cabinet. Though it's not featured, I'm pretty sure we saw a glimpse of a black outlet set on the right, but where are people meant to place the things that would use it? That glow beam light could be mounted on the right wall and not lose any of it's illumination if a cabinet was set in. 11) The bedroom door (and possibly the others, but we didn't see them) doesn't reach the floor. No private 'laundry folding'. 12) Oh look... another no-privacy door!
Not a 'missed detail', but I'm curious as to what's in the main closet that requires the sharp angled walls taking away potential closet space.

Question ... when this trailers is more for the "stationary" use - It is good to support the slide-outs or ??? so. What is about with the wheels.

No. I do not ever recommend using slide supports.
If the RV shifts for any reason (even wind or something), then the slide has to move WITH the body
The slide's position in the air is relative to the RV body. If you isolate the slide but the body can still move at all for any reason (again wind, ground settling, etc), then you're messing with their relative orientation

OK, I gotta ask...u say it's a 'destination trailer', yet in the beginning u list its holding tanks and fresh water capacity...so y would it have holding tanks and fresh water tanks...hmmmm
It has tanks because it's a "destination trailer" and not a "park model" -- those two designations carry different definitions
This is still considered an RV and as such is still fully self contained. Park models direct plumb to sewer with no holding tanks

No. Not made for harsh cold weather
Given that it's a destination trailer, the oven should probably be a little larger.
Their "Grand" series does that
But the little simpler Lodge/Villa series still uses a more traditional RV oven

Really enjoyed the disco music in the intro. So, residential fridge and microwave, but with an easy-bake oven? Honestly, my 28 foot travel trailer has a far better living space and kitchen and even the bathroom is easier to use. This RV is a huge miss in my opinion.
