This is the ONE! I have been looking at floor plans and brands for 6 months. Front kitchen, dishwasher AND office space!
There is 1 with front office. 425fo.. was gonna get 1 but front office space will no hold my embroidery machine. Desk space is not wide enough

I could not agree more with Robin here on this 5th wheel. I have been waiting to see a modern floor plan that incorporates a decent-sized desk with decent leg room (I actually would have preferred no side drawers for even more leg room as I know that I would probably bang my knees on them while using a swivel desk chair). At first, I was disappointed not to see a dedicated pantry cabinet-drawer, but seeing how much total kitchen cabinet space was there, I did not care anymore about it not being included. I absolutely love the kitchen design and the bathroom design. The living room area is sufficient for me as well as the bedroom. This design is damn near perfection (99 out of 100).

I have to say, I love Brinkley and Alliance but this model.... is perfect for full-timers. It knocked my socks off. It's more like a home environment. And most of all it has everything you need to live in already in it. The only thing I would add persanlly is more solar. Thanks Miles for showing an amazing model that has probably changed my mind on what I want :)

The Goodyear G114 is an "all steel or uni steel" trailer tire. Not only are there steel belts in the tread by also in the sidewall (1, I believe). This is one of the highest quality trail tires anyone can put on their coach.
The is my favorite 5th wheel model by far. It's also the unit we have decided upon.
I have watched every video on fifth wheels I could find and of all the floor plans, this by far is my favorite.
Love the desk unit.... Much better use of space than another sofa that only gets occasional use. By the way, while the color scheme matches well, the light color of the seating will show every speck of dirt.

I really like the kitchen, that is the one I am planning on. Needs more storage space, maybe a storeage room in there.
Dishwasher and clothes washer. Good job. I don't know how long it is, but i could sure use a bonus room too!
The bathroom was really nice. I think the way that they made the cabinetes in the bathroom, i wish they could make a larger shower or wider storage, so you dont have to reach so far inside, and you can see what you put in the cabinettes.
Bedroom: no wall heater, but a fireplace. Take out those mid cabinettes and put in a fireplace. You could have the drawers on the side. Thank you for doing a fantastic job on tour.

I really like this one! I like that there is a place for a computer to get work done. Wish the bathroom was bigger and that the laundry was in the bathroom not the bedroom
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!! I think they nailed it on this beautiful coach! I saw another brand do a similar version of this but kitchen had low ceiling, no desk in living room & not nearly as nice of a bathroom. This is a fantastic couples coach with an excellent layout & tons of storage. If you can swing the hefty price this is definitely a 'high on the list' luxury contender! Really nice!! Wow, I love this fifth wheel! It’s so nice inside and out. I could easily live in this RV full time and not feel closed in. There’s plenty of space and storage. Maybe some day. Thanks for the good video and information! 👍🏽😃

I love the front kitchen, I'd use the office area for sewing, I really like this one
This is your best one ever. The only thing I would change is the shower faucet on opposite wall, next to the toilet. Gives you room to step in and not have to fight getting around the toilet. If your handicapped that would help.
LOVE the bathroom, can actually fit in the bathroom & space for knees on the toilet PLUS room in the shower!!!The majority of other campers need to take this in account
Beautiful unit! The only thing I don't like is the white furniture. That has to go. But it has all the full time features I'd love.

This is truly the RV to be on full time. The kitchen island with the stove in it is amazing with the extra countertop. Dual sinks in the bathroom is nice and big.

Love this RV! We have a heater like this in our Cedar Creek and love it when it’s cold outside
we live in ours 8 months out of the year, i prefer our Washer and Dryer. Riverstone has the best full time 5th wheel ever made. we have a Dually to pull this
12:52 electric space heater. nice touch, for colder times.
Everything in it is perfect. Perfect I love it except for one thing. I want that one but I want extra bedrooms.
That little black unit in the bedroom is a Cadet Heater. It’s an electric heat source but can also run as a fan without heat.
Very nice. I don’t think you can access the frig when the slides are in, but maybe there is a frig outside? It’s a beautiful rig but just way too big unless I was stationary. You’re doing a great job Myles.

I love everything about this EXCEPT the stove and oven in the island. They should move it to the same counter as the microwave so you have the island for baking and prep work.

However i can see one actual bedroom which means this Rv was meant for a couble and a pet for a long term and in a short term could have one more guest in the living room
The kitchen is super huge for 2 maybe switch the living room with the kitchen so more living room and less kitchen space with a good table

Riverstone has a very nice 5th wheel. Wall thickness is a 3”. They kinda remind me of the redwood 5th wheels. Only difference is the wall thickness

I love the front kitchen floor plan. It feels way more residential and full-time comfortable. The kitchen layout is my only slight preference difference. Everything is beautiful. I also like the rear Bathroom models. Do they have a front kitchen rear bathroom model?? Probably crazy expensive
I love the kitchen a lot ‼️ The only thing that wasn’t in love with was the king bed design. This design looks like it would be very difficult to make up everyday.

So far looking good. As usual, I love your presentations! In the living room, dump the desk and the chair it is useless, put another sofa there that makes into a bed or two more recliners one.
As regards the desk, as Myles said, many folks RV full-time and work from the road, and so really do need a dedicated work space. Many RV manufacturers are including dedicated work spaces in their newer models and from what I've been seeing/hearing, they are selling very well, very popular. Granted, a desk area may be "useless" if one uses their RV only occasionally and strictly for vacationing/partying, while having additional seating/sleeping where the desk is now may be preferable, but I am betting Riverstone likely offers that as an option.
Many people need that desk area for remote work but I think that would be something that should be a choice like they do with dinettes
Good to see a new unit that some what compares to my 2007 Teton Homes. One thing I see on this one that doesn't compare is the suspension. The Teton Homes has it beat hands down.

I think this one is great although I am just going to say mostly what I don't like. I HATE the white living room furniture. The white counter tops. I think they could have used a little more something to them. lol A gooseneck faucet. The drawers in the kitchen only having a tiny lip (height). Things are going to fall sideways even standing still. The bath... the shower wall all the way up because my son is 6'3 and I can imagine splashing from washing his hair. :) 2 lighted back mirrors instead of the huge one. The bedroom...Regular queen size bed. Idk if it can be ordered with some of these changes like the color of the furniture, deeper drawers in the kitchen, option of different counter tops and a queen mattress. The counters being the main one. The others I can do or replace. I love that there are no registers in the floor. A slide in the bedroom, the kitchen has an amazing design and love the ceiling. What? no Dyson? lol We will be full time stationary for quite a while. The unit will be under an RV port with possibly a deck.
It looks just like their mini toy hauler one that is under the bed that raises.

Very very nice. Just a beautiful RV. One thing if I can I'd like to comment on is I don't understand why these beautiful luxurious upper end RVs put in a double sink. The farmhouse sink is a much more popular desired sink. That's a game changer for me
It’s a matter of personal taste. The farmhouse sink is nice but I always prefer a double sink.
Agreed, and a person could use a small wash tub in the sink for smaller jobs.
Dump the big mirror in the bathroom and turn it into a big mirror but with a medicine cabinet behind it, that would give you a lot of storage.
Buyer beware! Absolutely love the floor plan. That being said plumbing in a slide is a time bomb for problems!
I love the island and the desk. The siting area to eat at is a nice touch. Loving the desk and laundry.

LOVE this! What is the MSRP?
I have a few questions: 1. Does it have the capacity to have a handicap lift and where the step is to the kitchen and anywhere else they normally put steps, can they make it a ramp? Also instead of a king bed, can they put a rotating sleep/lift chair?
Theres a reason toekicks are recessed below cabinets. looks like the kitchen would be uncomfortable to use
Finally, a practical floor plan fot 2. Love the kitchen, especially as the microwave is not over the hob, however it's still too high to safely lift food out of for anyone under 5'10".
What I don't understand is the lack of space at the side of the beds to get in and out of bed, which gets harder as we're older... I assume one can have a Queen bed instead of a king? Queen is easier to make. 😁
Also, why do Americans always want dual sinks?
And why are all the finishes so heavy? Fuel is expensive and it adds to the towing weight.
And finally, why the American obsession with outdoor TV... I hope that's an extra that can be swapped out for something more practical...
As for me, I'm in NZ.

I wish it was a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom or at least a nice big bath & a half. Maybe a big/tall loft for our grandkids with storage & room for a TV too.

I prefer the stove to not be in the island. I know that's been in many homes, but it's like to see a home without it in the island.
Why hasn't anyone mentioned the fact there is no half bath. A 5th wheel of this size should have one especially to use the half bath while travelling and not having to put out slides etc. Didn't think that one thru.
my only one complaint is there only being a two seat dining area. seems like the dining tables are getting smaller and smaller in an rv.
Very nice. Curious as to price. Only negative is it looks like you wouldn't be able to get to anything while on the road with all those opposing slides. Great layout for being stationary though.

Well for me, I know some people like the idea of the desk in the living room, but I don’t. It serves no purpose of course for me. Put two more recliners there or another sofa that makes into a bed and that would be perfect.
This RV is *WAY* better than our overpriced, crappy apartment.
Very pretty but the kitchen is larger than I would want it and I like to cook. I would rather have a homier living room…but on the other hand, I don’t need a 42 ft fifth wheel so maybe perfectly suited for a large family

HEY MYLES FIRMLY ABOUND! THIS IS MY #1 CHALLENGE REGARDING EVERY RV, I HAVE EVER SEEN. HERE IT IS: 1: 1-1/2 BATHROOMS 2 BEDROOMS AND ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES. BUT, I HAVE NEVER SEEN A DESIGN THAT INCLUDES A REAL ENTRANCE, SEPERATED FROM FRONT AND BACK. IT'S CALLED A REAL CLOSET, AND AREA TO HANG THINGS+ SERIOUS PLACE FOR SHOES ETC. SURE IT WOULD TAKE UP ROOM, BUT I JUST DON'T LIKE FOLKS STEPPING INTO MY PERSONAL SPACE THE MINUTE THEY ENTER. SO, WITH ALL THE INCREDIBLE CHANGES GOING ON, THIS SHOULD BE AN EASY INNOVATION.
Check out the 380mud from cedar creek, it has an front mud room with bench, hanging space for jackets and storage space for shoes
One more suggestion, as far as it would need to be for me to purchase this which I love it actually. Get rid of all the tan cabinetry and change it to white. Tan is ugly white is beautiful!
I guess to me with a desk there you only have comfortable seating for five people. I potentially have eight people in my family that I would want to have good seating for so another sofa would be perfect.
Oh, I don’t know about everybody else, but I don’t appreciate the desk who would use one sitting there in the living room. Put another sofa there that would be excellent!
Add another bathroom and bedroom and it would be perfect

I like this RV. but I would do away with that island in the kitchen. I would move the stove under the microwave and move the microwave somewhere else. I would put some tile on the walls around the stove to protect the walls, then do a way with that kitchen table. make that area more cabinets and make a larger kitchen table in the center where the island was. also, I would take that desk out and put a lazy boy chair or some type of theater chair there. and maybe replace one of the couches.see if you could put a larger couch there. maybe you'd have to make the slide or slides a little bit wider / bigger. otherwise, the rest of the RV was pretty good. I like it. but I know that making modifications would cost more money. but I'd pay it. personally think that was the best R V floor plan I have seen. I'm kind of picky. it has my approval..😏
Price?
Rather live in that as opposed to paying an expensive rent for an apartment.
