that's an amazing price... I pay $1050 for a 500 sqft 1 bedroom here in Dallas and that is considered super cheap for the US. When I lived in California the rents were about $1,900-2,200/month for a tiny 1 bedroom AND that is nowhere near the beach.

I’m retired now, receiving social security & I’m tired of paying $500 a month on just real estate tax so I’m in-the-mood to move to somewhere that’s neither extremely hot or cold. Mexico offers that.
But what I am asking now is what I should “Google, to find Experienced Legal and/or Financial advice” here in Texas to free me when I sell my house, IRAs etc etc in preparation to move?
Hi Rick, As you know, Texans hate taxes. I would think your Texas friends would know a CPA that knows a trick or two. Personally, I wouldn't liquidate my texas positions before doing your exploratory visit in Mexico for a few months. Here are a few resources that describe those ideas.

It definitely looks like a pretty house but I believe she should’ve taken pictures as she was walking through the house and videoing it instead of taking it like that you really can’t appreciate how it’s laid out we just have to be very creative in your mind and think of how it really looks in person but anyway beautiful home for the price

Before they shut the country down these were the rules. I don't know what the rules are now. Be 50 years old or older.
Pass a criminal background check.
Possess a valid passport that is good for a least 1 year.
Place a security deposit of at least $24,500 in a Thai bank 2 months before applying or show a minimum monthly income or pension of $2,000.

Other side of the highway, beach side is double.
This is on the Colonia Side. A taxi to the beach is $1.50 USD. A house this size on the beach side would be double or triple this price.
