What type of property can you rent for $500 a month in Puerto Vallarta, Banderas Bay?
In this video, I take a look at an affordable apartment available for only $500 a month. The apartment is fully furnished and features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with a total size of 850 square feet.
The complex is called 'Las Ceibas' and offers 24-hour security. It is conveniently located close to shopping facilities and the beach.
This apartment is available for rent for either half a year or one year. I found this apartment on Facebook Marketplace.

I'm not sending hate. I have lived here for 14 years and lived in Las Ceibas before. I honestly don't know where you get that price from but its next to impossible to find a house for that price there. They start at about 13,000 Pesos which is about $750 USD. If you find a house with a pool, is goes up from there. Anything under 13k pesos will be unfurnished. Please don't get people expectations so high. This price is very unrealistic. If it was that price I'd move there.

I live in this area also. Then again, as with my place, it is up to the owner what they want to rent for. So, it is possible.

It seems like a very car dependent area. One of my biggest reasons for moving out of the USA is that I want to be able to live a comfortable and affordable life without needing a car.

How easy is it to get rental agents to show you apts just for your channel?
Not very easy, sometimes it takes a few days for them to reply back to the message:((
I wish it was near Huatulco. Yes I would rent it for sure...
I like the nature of Huatulco but it’s too hot for me there.
I go to PV often and love the Romantic Zone and Playa Los Muertos. This a great deal but it is far, far from the fun and action.

That you. That is a great place!! I would use a bike. I don't see many bikes on the sidewalks/roads. Do they use scooters at all?

Wooww is nice in Corea 2/3rd’s of this space cost $900 dollars I actually think is way way smaller size in South Corea like 1/3rd of this size apartments. A lot of Asians are moving to Mexico as well for a better quality life in Mexico like home space and cheaper fruits & basic daily necessities. Beautiful apparent, when my husband and I retired we will definitely need something like this.🥰

I don’t know if this apartment I was showing in my video is still available, you have to check it out on Facebook market place.
YES! Takes some leg work but, they are out there in PV. I have lived in PV since April 22, 2022 and found eliminating real estate agents saves a person mucho dinero!
Do the landlords call your job to verify your income?
What I found difficult to understand is that all the ads I'm looking starts around 800.00 usd and more.
I found this rental on Facebook marketplace Alain, i give more tips on how to find good deals in my free guide.

Looks like you would need a vehicle to get around that area?
Depends , restaurants, bars, gym, grocery store, beauty salon is in the walking distance, if you are planning on going surfing, hiking you need a vehicle 🚗
Not a restaurant or cafe in site, nothing in walking distance. I also doubt it's as low as 500 USD. Very misleading piece

Given the rise of rent within the US, rolling back the rights of women, college graduates being paid less, rising gun crime, etc….I’m so glad I have my passport. Mexico looks so much safer and you have a much higher standard of living there compared to the US
