    Best Seiko Chronograph? Unboxing and review of the new Seiko speedtimer. This is the SBDL085 (JDM version)
    JAPAN USED WATCHES Ep. 9
    It could be the replacement for the so many speedtimers of Seiko. But of course it won't replace the Seiko automatic chronograph which is still a premium today.

    Is there a difference between the SSC813 and SBDL085? Or do they look exactly the same and one is JDM

      Basically the same watch except for some markings.

    It's only 100 m water resistance not 200 m. Also it's says that in the case back 10 bar = 100 m

    So what’s the difference between the one from Japan and the other one? Which one is more sought after ?

    • @playlifes26
      @playlifes26  Před rokem +2

      There are made in japan markings in the caseback and in the dial. The JDM is more sought after by collectors.

    Hey, are the two version any different? Are collectors more likely to buy the SBDL085 Japan version?

    • @playlifes26
      @playlifes26  Před 2 lety +3

      Difference are just he markings on the diall and caseback. Apparently, JDM seikos has become more sought after by collectors, which could result in them being more pricier. One example is the SKX007, the J1 version is now selling around $900 up here in Japan.

      Thank you. I'm getting it next week from Japan, your review really helped me to decide on it. I know it says 'Made in Japan' on the back, but do you know if the bracelet is also made in Japan?
      Thanks for the info, much appreciated!

      Thanks for the sub. I would go out on the limb and say maybe 30 years or more. I have a solar watch that is already over 26 years old and still running. The good thing about seiko is that you can replace their rechargeable batteries.
