Achappam ('achu' meaning mould and 'appam' meaning food made with flour) is a deep fried rose cookie made with rice flour.
The video is in Malayalam, but English and Hindi subtitles are provided for all important instructions.
सामग्री :
२ कप कच्चा चावल ४ घंटे भिगोया हुआ
चीनी - ¾ कप
अंडे - २
नारियल का दूध - ¼ कप
नमक - ¼ छोटी चमच
काले तिल - 1 बड़ा चमच
गर्म तेल
Ingredients :
2 Cups raw rice 4 hours soaked
Sugar - ¾ Cup (as per taste)
Eggs - 2
Coconut milk - ¼ Cup
Salt - ¼ Tsp
Black sesame - 1 Tbsp
Hot oil
