Good video.. personally I think this is the nicest vehicle on the road..PERIOD..when it starts up it sounds bad ass, for a big truck it’s pretty damn fast, especially at the high-end.. I had it up to 105 mph like it was nothing ,, it’s super comfortable and really fun to drive.
That's a gorgeous vehicle. I went twice on a trip with a party that rented a car and we got Tahoe once and a Yukon the second time. We still talk about the experience even though it was years ago. Either one is fine by me!
'The finer things in life', maybe that's why I see Yukon Denalis on Lincoln lots as trade-ins. But shoot, rather have a Denali than to take a Lincoln hit, lower initial Denali price, and greater Lincoln depreciation. The finer things of life don't matter when you've got that cash. GMC knows their customers well. This is old money car. Tahoe is for people who want utility and big. Escalade is for people who want to be in your face. Denali is for quiet old money in country. GM simply dominates this segment. This is my choice. I love the traditional blingy Denali front. Perfect vehicle with engine and transmission to match.
Bought an SLT Yukon 20 years ago that I still drive daily. If I could get that AT4 with the Duramax, I'd like have ordered it already. It'd the swiss army knife of this model. I could take it into the field, and it cleans up nice.
Love the GMC Denali. So much so, I placed an order for one. Just not with air suspension. Don't need all that towing capability when I will never tow with it. Nor do I need the 4x4. =) But I do love that magnetic ride control, super smooth.
@@AutoAcademics thanks! I’m super excited. With the shortages, they’re saying 6 months now. I’m hoping for at least 3/4 months. This will be my first full size suv. I’m used to my Acadia. And parking in a full parking lot at work will be interesting.

Been waiting to see a Hunter Metallic in bright sunlight. The green pops pretty good. And it works well with that brown interior. I think I'd prefer the Duramax, though.
Man I got the exact same one with the Diesel engine. I get at least 26mpg on the highway. I love that sliding armrest, I keep a pistol in that bad boy.

I’m kind of hesitant on buying one due to the fact that there’s already been issues with electrical inside the car. Kind of frustrating that GM can’t get it right before releasing an 50k -80k SUV Thats totally unacceptable! Looking at people’s reviews leaves me waiting.

Great Review Chris. I think that the Yukon is the sweet spot. It has a good amount of the luxury from Caddy but the pricing is closer to the Chevy.

Premium is recommended for optimal performance. You can run unleaded fuel in it. Others have. The MPGs, I hear, will be worse.
