2021 is the year that will kill more distributors than ever. Profit margins are getting ever smaller and distributors are finding it harder to stay afloat. This is primarily happening for two reasons.
    1. Increasing Labor Costs - The driving force behind this was Covid and all of the subsequent stimulus. This drove the price floor for cheap labor through the roof, which in turn has destroyed distributor profit margins.
    2. Digital Economy - Due to Covid the economy has shifted to a digital economy. This means that more people are working from home. Consequently, at consumption of goods delivered straight home has gone through the roof which has yielded a decrease to market foot traffic. At the margin sales of products that wouldn't have otherwise been purchased by the consumer will eventually disappear.

amazon will never fully take over and monopolize because in logistics DHL is the behemoth and the gold standard.

yeah 1. doesnt apply to me, i pay starting wage of $20 an hour. because nobody should be working for a non livable wage. employees are more loyal if you treat them like humans and not numbers. if you cant run your company with your workers being paid fairly, your company shouldn't exists.

Ya I miss when people would kept their mouth shut and took the 10$ an hour and could not afford to eat. People these days.

Are you ignorant enough to believe minimum wage increases help workers, as a whole?
Guess what- if the minimum wage goes up to $20 an hour, all employees worth only $19 an hour now don't have jobs. Or do you actually think all workers magically have the value of whatever minimum wage is?
