Saving Saves You Want to QUIT

- Football Manager is one of those rare few games that can actually push you away from it. It can become so painful having a bad run of form, losing a wonderkid, losing touch with your tactic, that you actually just delete a save. Well, one submission for save your saves is actually right at this point. Their FM save has turned so sour that they are hoping I can keep them from just ending the save right now.
There are also DJ Khaled FM saves where teams are suffering from success. They’re on the cusp of breaking through to the top of their division but just need that ONE tweak in tactics to get them over the top. You know, all different types of saves that get sent in for save your saves all the time, except in a unique situation that will help a few of you out there in ways that I could not predict. Football Manager is always unique, but this series will hopefully eventually be the guide to everything.

Hey I just doing your new scout thing with youth national teams. After certain point I discovered that players with agents is good in terms of potential. So I went through some other national teams to confirm my hypothesis. And I think it is very very accurate. It is very time saving if you have relatively less scout like me.
Came for the saves. Stayed for the crazy hair.

That Dunfermline save speaks to me. My current save is Aberdeen and I'm winning the league and domestic cups every year with no problem, but I've only made it to the CL knockout stages once, where I lost 3-2 to Liverpool in the first round (with the on loan Harvey Elliot missing a 90th minute sitter!)

ayyy Optik Rathenow (the first team in the video) is the team that's close to where I live. I've been on their grounds many times and even refereed some matches of their second team!

I've started the "wrexham" project to see if I can do what the real team can't 2 seasons in and i'm just got 1st promotion, but i'm now trying to figure out what i need to do to survive the first season to then build. Maybe I will put it forward one day for you to look at.
Great advice on the last save! Not my save, but I am in a similar situation with Varzim in Portugal, where I scratch the surface of European cups, but cannot advance further. I will definitely request more scouts and try to improve my finances which are nearly identical. Though I am nowhere near 80 mill to receive by any player, but I am gonna sell 4 players then. :D

The guy with Stade de Reims, good luck. I manage in France and if I lose 3 games the whole season, I lose the title. I am on the new database with Bordeaux (starting in Ligue 2) and I won 7 consecutive Ligue 1 titles and 4 CLs in 16 years. A few tips from me:
I had a similar experience on the Caledonian Braves. You get a lot of competitions until I eventually got my second team to be in either the championship. Then the game reset. He must be using a custom league and as you progress up, the competitions remain and your second and youth teams play in them.
