- I try to find themes for these videos, but this time the theme found me. Everyone is at that point in their Football Manager save where they feel stuck and don’t know how to move forward. This can be to push into the Premier League, take a league title, or take the Champions League at long last. Sometimes it can feel like FM has locked you into place, so let me try to provide the key.
This is usually learning how to spend money the right way. I think another issue that plagues people who play Football Manager is not knowing what it actually takes to accomplish something. If you are trying to rise through the ranks, not every player that has played well in the past will be able to join you. Identifying the wonderkids that can hang amongst the players you have to thank for their service is a very valuable ability.

Is there a way to find a list where I can select them all at once? The only way I’ve been able to do it is click on each one individually
This. I'm (in real life) a top 9 club in the Netherlands (FC Groningen). I'm fighting with ajax and PSV for the title first season (going to finish 3th most likely).
I signed manhoef from Vitesse (wanted by the entire European top at the start of the game), Diomande & Van rooyen (South African right back for behind manhoef). Jorgen strand Larsen is wants by every low/mid table premier League club (topscorer of the league).
Together with a bunch of talented players (really talented), I feel confident I got a team competing for EL/CL qualification each year.
Because if this shortlist of the top 50, I was able to sign players like skjolderup, rated 8th(!) for just 6 million, and still busy with some other deals from the list!
I feel confident by following this list + scouting, you could easily make a great team.

I have watched your videos (plenty of them for multiple times) and I have to admit they've helped so dam much with speeding up the learning process and making the game way more comfortable to deal with. I feel like there's only one aspect of the game that has been a total chaos for me to cope with, and thats the 'ways I can react to all this information the Data Hub provides you. I mean reading all these reports your analysts provide is one thing, but reacting to it accordingly through some tactical tweaks or maybe by further specifying your next tranfer targets, is a complete different process that I find myself wanting to learn more about.
Long story short, I would love to see some videos on what the heck is going through your mind when you peek at the Data Hub

Scottish English, it'll be "Doogie" Sneddon. :) I found it interesting on the SI forums someone reported a lack of response on scouting assignments and the suggested fix which seemed to work for them was setting a monetary value upper limit.
My advice is an 1860 save. They have a good youth setup and training facilities and when Bayern comes calling you tell the player, We won't sell you to our rival. Since Bayern are the biggest offender when it comes to poaching Bundesliga players that offers you a certain amount of protection.

I'd add that you shouldn't rely on your Scouting network. YOU should be your network. Check the youth intakes practically every week! Especially African and South American youth intake days. You WILL be rewarded.

I’m not sure if I should submit my save, we don’t really need saving as such but I cannot seem to get to that next step and win the PL.
Playing with derby and we’ve got CL football 4 years in a row, won it once and a couple of CC cups too but I cannot just take that last step to the promise lands

Screenflow. Especially if you are a club competing at the higher levels.
Set it up for every youth competition out there. Take a look at those guys doing well. Sure the U19 from Lithuania who scored 8 goals in 5 games may end up being a 1 star guy in the Prem, but you never know. I found the best player I ever had in FM17 thru Screenflow, because he had starts for the National team and scored. Kid ended up being a legend...
Course, you might also get carpal tunnel from setting it up, but it can be worth it.

How can we send our saves? Me and my friend have a save you could help us with, we are 10 seasons in to an Eredivisie save using FC Twente and Willem II - but we have 1 league title between us. We have built the clubs up a LOT but still sometimes struggle to compete for the league/trophy's. Please can you review/help? The fact it's a two player save makes it interesting :)
I've been playing FM23 for 2 weeks now, I've played FM before. I was wondering how come the simulation via the calendar is really slow while I have a really good PC. half a season is already a long time. I hear people are already a season or 4 further in their save game I wonder what I can do to make it go faster. I already watched your video about settings and applied everything nothing helps

Dude, I'm stuck in this situation... I've manage to sign Adeyemi to AS Roma, in mid Season and sell and loan out some home grown/trained players which I forgot they was registered for Euro Cup II, when January re-register take place, I have no options but registered 3 slot just for home grown/trained replacement without Adeyemi and he started to confront me, whatever I was said to him he's still unhappy and other squad feel I was being unfair to him, I wonder if it can be fixed by the time goes by with winning a league or cup?

Was very lucky, had a wonderkid through youth intake despite all the others being tier 10000 level. Taking a break because of that
Rosenberg so interesting did a save there the season from April to November means its hard to keep a core team together for a champions league season and when you initially do well in champions league it takes a year for the reputation to have any affect
Same with my swedish team.found myself building a team for the April start and a 2nd rebuild for champion league in the summer. Tricky part was finding, developing and keeping young players long enough to be home grown
@@pbh81 yeah literally and every January window you have a bigger budget so buy better player but can only register 3 new ones for champions league and the ones that don't get in are salty instantly cause they only move to you to play European football

how do i submit my save for you? i am flying with united in my start to the first season with a 3-0 over arsenal and a 2-1 over city, but i am screwed when it comes to the game mechanics. i feel like im going to fail in the long run, only using my football knowledge from being a fan and having no fm experience. i signed kessie and lodi but lodi is a 1 star on the right? the players hate me every other week and i have no clue where to start with my youth setup. its so overwhelming.

I see the guy managing queens park has been using the editor lol . They are staunchly amateur. If you are looking for a challenge I'd highly recommend it, every 6 months or so I'd have to bring in a whole new squad because they would all just sign for other teams on a free . Got promoted to the 1st division and couldn't do better than 5th after 7 season. Although this was on fm16 not tried since

I am currently in the exact situation as the first save. My biggest hindrence is bigger clubs taking my premium players. I know that normal but like 5-6 of my best players leave every sumer (for massive $)How do I stop that from happening?

Good player for £20 million - Yunas Musah. Isn't exactly amazing, but he can play anywhere, he's the same age as Bellingham, and has really good vision. If anybody is looking for someone who can do the job anywhere in the midfield, check him out. Bought him for £20 mil on Dortmund save, made him Mezzala with Late runs in and he has benched Bellingham. Arsenal want him for £60 million now. 6'1 as well so could be aerial threat.
Also would like to add Sascha Glass. 16 year old CM/ST from Dortmund who is 6’6 and incredibly adept with the ball at his feet. A young German version of Peter Crouch.

Hey, I'm not a wizard at this game but would consider myself pretty decent. It really depends on where your club is at, if you're a united or a city very few players are going to be 5* for you so I'd look for superb or even just good if you're looking to fill up U23 or squad places. If you've taken a club that's not quite at the point of competing for CL level trophies superb is what I'd go for.
Hi @Zealand i have a question regarding moral and happiness. I've rejected a bid from a big club and my player is now unhappy, but the bid was garbage and i told him that, but now the "unhapiness" is spreading, how can i make the player happy and raise his morale again? he is a 21 year old CB with 99% playing time and a "important player" status.
