Located at the true-blue Damansara heights, allowing this house to have a balance of both tranquility without compromising convenience as it's a mere street away from Bangsar, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas and Kuala Lumpur. However, the existing infrastructure are still adapting the older construction methods. For eg, narrow local roads, electrical cables on poles, open drainage and etc. Plus it's also an individual title which will have it's pros and cons.
The collision of two different planes create a dynamic form between linear and angular elements in the house, balancing between natural elements and built ups. My favourite would be the emphasis of the indoor-outdoor relationship. By having a lot of transparent elements around the skin of the house, the interior spaces are just filled with amazing daylight. Ultimately, I really appreciate this piece of work as it feels more of a home instead of a showroom.
Something to take note would be the heavy maintenance that comes with these houses. As we have to deal with the heat and rain, there will be never ending wear and tears around the house. Also, it a debate to have between owning an individual title property versus a stratafied one=)
Well at leaat we don't see an out of place chandelier, jam packed furniture, all those old school taste of England design. This, i like

Of course 😅 Damansara Height and Kenny Hill are the only 2 place in Malaysia that you can truly label as blue blood area . And Tropicanna Golf club .... Umm maybe just slightly little less 😅

I’m a foreigner living in KL. I purchased a 5 star hotel branded residence for about rm10mil in KLCC and also spent another 2mil for renovation and furnitures and watching this kind of videos seriously makes me want to move to bungalow house since it’s soooooooo much bigger but still the same price!!
I will go like peter's videos more so that you can have more opportunity to share your thoughts on properties like this. Especially when you are in a practical stand-point and the same time with architectural knowledge. Thank you!

I decide to share with other rich fellow in Santuary bungalow or Ardence cost less than 4mil for a fully furnished unit. Chatting with neighbor safely makes us feel great. Not to mention the saving on the pocket on common area maintenance

Definitely will go for stratified project 😆 lots of hassle and effort have to take care this big mansion in terms of practicality. I’ll go for other high end property if having the money because of the surrounding also like the road . Sometimes less space is more too haha

Very amazing video, the location is very good but I really scared of crime, reminds me of the movie, Panic Room by Jodie Foster.
The color of the timber wardrobe doesn't match the exterior of this mansion, since this mansion has so many daylights I would want Muji to come and "zap" the entire interior until like Japanese minimalist style.

They have a successful career with Millions and Millions of cash flow, fancy cars, family, 100M of cash sitting in their bank acc. Spending a 10M to build a house is like nth.. They get what they want even it's illogical for most of the people out there. Some even splash 20M just for a house and they barely stay inside..

Amazing architecture. No offense - but I laugh at ‘every corner has to. E 90 degrees’ - having unique features is a good thing. And look at Petronas Towers - would be boring if it was just 2 tall square buildings.
So if one bought that place they HAVE to have a security guard? That’s disappointing. Bought it was much safer.
PS - and interesting that ‘bungalow’ must have a different meaning on your side of the Pacific. In the US, CA especially, a bungalow is a very small, basic house.

In my opinion, t's not bad for the price though. But for RM11+ millions, I kinda expect the privacy, means the distance between the nearest neighbour is more further apart.

11 mill i would probably buy a land and design my own house. More cheaper, 7mill or more could be a pocket money.
Well that's an alternative but you'll need to go through the entire development, design coordination, construction management process yourself yea. It's all up to personal preference:)

I really like the design and the space of the house but then again.. Its more of a want then a need kan? 😂😂 So paying 11 million for a place here is like flexing I'm rich.. In another way la.. Idk la but I perfer to live in a house that is form = function.. I mean that's me la.. If I multi millionaire or billionaire.. Just to flex.. Maybe la.. Maybe.. 😂😂 But it is kinda scary if only 4 people living there... Imagine the space can turn into a horrow film location.. 😂😂

Great house, and the location is just 🙌🏽. However, some of the fixtures are tad bit outdated for the price point. The master bedroom closet ð washroom is hedious. Is it just me? 😭 For 11.5m, I'd expect at least a bathtub. On the other hand, I love the number of windows all round the house; amazing natural lighting.
Overall, this house requires a bit of touch up and upgrading in order to get the rich, yet homey feeling.
Is it worth it to pay 11.5m for this house? Meh
