"If the world's problems were brought to the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ he would solve them all." - George Bernard Shaw
I don't need a George or a Bernard to tell me the obvious.
That s false, there is a story where some poor sick guy came to him, and he refused him because he was speaking with some rich people.
@@NMN423
Keep lying to yourself
@@NMN423 not poor sick guy. It was a blind man, and he just frowned as he was convincing powerful quraish people. It’s in the Quran. Surah abasa, but god tells him he shouldn’t have done that.
He was reprimanded for that incidendent. He was interrupted while he was speaking to the chiefs
He was the most simple man on earth. Phuh
My prophet ﷺ was sent as a mercy to mankind.
In body and mind
✝ ( 📖 MARK 12 : 29 - 31 ) Jesus said, “Hear, O Israel the Lord OUR God is one ➜ Jesus proved he is a HUMAN being just like us, by telling the people OUR God is one

I have noticed, even before the month of Ramadhan, that the less I eat the easier it is for me to pray and read Qur'an. When I overburden my stomach, I get too tired. This is not the way. I have to be light and feel slightly hungry in order to be active.
That literally goes for anything bro
True, I've been born into a muslim family. And now i am away from home and cooking my own meals. And it is Extremely different and I feel better, with some fruit and dates and water for iftaar. Then praying, and doing certain other tasks, e.g. reading some Qur'an. Then having one meal balanced meal, without stuffing my stomach, but rather till hunger is satiated. And getting to Isha and taraweeh. Then sleeping until a short while before suhoor, e.g. 1 hour.
Reading some Qur'an and working out a bit. Then getting some oats with dates or fruit ready 10 minutes before Fajr. And rather than gulping down water, making sure to take sips here and there.
And this allows me to follow sunnah of leaving suhoor as late as possible.
And this is different to previous years. And I feel much better for it. Alhamdulillah for this change. (not for the fact i am away from family, but because i am eating less and have less temptation of gorging myself due to the extreme variety and amount of food.)
And if i have leftover food from my meal, rather than forcing it in my stomach I just store it and have it for suhoor or the day after. Also don't fall into the trap of eating more food after iftar whilst going about your night, you will find that you stuff your stomach to the brim with continuous small amounts of food. Try keep them within a set time for a meal.
Don't leave yourself with too little food, nor too much. Almost all people on either extreme of eating too little or too much are diseased by eating too much.
Find MODERATION, don't starve and don't endulge. The same reason why there are so many diseases in the world, eating too much or too little and or deficiency in certain food types or vitamins. If we follow the prophet we will lead much better lives.
The sunnah is definitely moderation. The middle path, not extreme to the left or to the right. So what you just read look at the perspective of being moderate.
The Prophet's (SAW) diet is the healthiest diet

Love my bro Bobby ❤
I try to make sure I follow the habits of the prophet, pbuh. Simple and enough to nourish myself: meat and fruit basically
MaasyaaAllah tabaarakAllah I was expecting the usual ending song, I always annoyed because I listen to your videos while doing house chores so usually my hands were dirty/wet to stop the music. Jazakallah khair! I am happy for you!
O the Turner of hearts! Keep our hearts steadfast on your deen 🤲
Well Done!
Nice video brother, its amazes me everytime how our Beloved Prophetصلي الله عليه وسلمlived a simple life , and yet we thrive to live in luxury of this world
I am a revert since 2011. In 2016 I married & our iftar has always been raw cucumber, raw paprika, tomatoes, lettuce etc. and meat soup . I batch cook egyptian rice and oven pasta for days we need a bit more , but in general it's more than enough.
Ramadan Mubarak brother Bobby and thanks for diving deep to the topic of Muslim foods which a lot of it goes against the Islamic teachings.
Unfortunately a lot of Muslims scholars and the masjid imams haven’t put a lot of attention to this topic and as well as fitness.
May Allaah bless you and your family ALLAAHUMMA AAMIIN 🤲🌙🤲
Very good.
ramadan karim boby
I completely agree with you.
Finally a good video in internet about *break the fasting* in the way our prophet pbuh did.
MashaAllah Brother ❤
Brother Bobby your walking up the Muslim to authentic Sunnah Alhamdullah!
Love from Afghanistan 🇦🇫
spot on
I love your last statement bobby, "..the most important thing, what the prophet do".
Masha Allah
May Allah guide us 🙏 in to the right ✅️ path insha Allah Aamin 🙏 ❤
It is also a celebration and Iftar a time of joy and lots of food to be shared if you have it….
Unfortunately we're aren't following the sunnah as we should especially this Ramadhan with what's going on Gaza may Allah make it easy for them
Happy fasting to all Muslims, may you always be given health and peace wherever you are ❤
Iftar Mubarak brother Bobby, you will find more videos addressing the topic if you do your research in Arabic ( it seems to me that you understand it), so you can type on CZcams : ماذا كان الرسول يأكل في رمضان
Eating date on Iftar is definetelly Sunnah, it is very testimonial for all of us as reminder to "him". 😇
Assalamualaikum bobby
Prophet pbuh was not a picky eater. He was poor and mostly ate which was easily available to him which was dates. Also we cant compare it with today's time where there is an abundance of junk food.
He wasn't really poor, mostly humble and lived his life as a humble poor man.
He wasn't poor at all, he was just humble
He was not poor but he donate most of money he get
Actually he was not poor he shared his food fairly and donated most of his money to the poor
Poor??? He married to the wost wealthy women in mekah..
It’s common sense. If we indulge how can we pray and get closer to Allah. When I eat a very light meal I’m able to think, be in control, and do things. The prophet pbuh him ate clean whole foods that were simple. Thank you for reminding us this it’s very beneficial.
May peace and blessing of ALLAH SWT be upon prophet Muhammad s.a.w ameen ya rabbul alameen
Right!
Masha Allah. ❤
Allahumma barik
always the researcher..
We make talbina during the suhur and that is enough. We generally have two meals per day. Breakfast and lunch/dinner, timing is now shifted.
Bobby can you please react to the story of prophet Mohammed by the daily reminder, so you can know about him in more detail 🙏🏻🤍
i've never been a big eater, i don't usually get hungry, so that part of ramadan is a breeze for me. i have no problem breaking fast with a small fruit or something because that's usually my breakfast anyway, and some days i don't even eat anything else anyway. but the hardest part for ramadan for me is giving up the nicotine. i've been smoking for over 10 years so ramadan has been really hard for me for that reason.
Unfortunately some people stuff themselves to the point of not praying properly or praying at all after iftar. What's the point of your fasting then?
I always want to break my fasting just with something simple and little like egg, beef or fish and rice because it kinda a pain to suddenly eat like normal after fasting but my parent kinda force me to drink and eat more than normal when breaking fast. so yeah.
Same in my family too. I am a picky eater as well tbh but i am satisfied with eating simple. My parrents don't seem to understand that.
Peace be upon him
Peace and blessings be upon him . اللَّهُــمَّ ᷂صَلِّ ᷂وَسَـــلِّمْ ᷂وَبَارِڪ ᷂على ᷂نَبِيِّنَـــا ᷂مُحمَّدﷺ
Here are some foods that the prophet loved and considered them to be very healthy :-
Olives
Injeer (figs)
Dates
Bottle gourd (vegetable)
Talbina
Honey
1st. Love ur videos bobby brother🖤
Dates are rich in fibre, potassium, carbohydrates and essential nutrients, breaking fast using it helps to quickly restore body energy levels and the fibres prevents indigestion and promote health gut.
Are these posters made with qalam al-khatt al-a'rabi (the pen of Arabic calligraphy) ?
may allah increase you in knowledge this make me rethink my situation `being guilty of not controlling my eating ` raised as a moslim and being tought at school this hadith one 1/3 for food 1/3 water 1/3 air and other that the prophet said `we are people that don't eat unless we are hungry and if we ate never full`
you resemble omar ibn alqatab the prophet named him alfarouq "One who distinguishes truth from falsehood"
Just a kind reminder to everyone, don't take information you find online for granted. There are many people that consciously and unconsciously spread falsehood, especially about religion. Do your own research from real life confirmed sources, and always do your own research from the Quran and Hadith.
❤❤❤
Hi bobby why do t you do a video for the Austrians.
I agree with you some eat more food in ramadan compared to the months 😂 more like month of food then fasting
we all eat during ramadan. after sunset. before sunrise
❤❤
Salam alaikum brother Bobby, i'm thinking about going Carnivore for a few weeks. Should I do it during or after ramadan?
اللهم صل وسلم وبارك على سيدنا محمد
lets follow what Prophet SAW sunnahs done in life
I've rarely had an elaborate sahoor or Iftar. Sahoor consists of milk and water, while Iftar has for most of my life consisted of dates, lemonade, and fruits. There might be 1 or 2 pieces of fried food. Hearing this is what people do for Iftar is honestly a bit of a culture shock for me.
❤
Michael Hart in 'The 100, A Ranking of the Most Influential Persons In History,' New York, 1978.
"My choice of Muhammad to lead the list of the world’s most influential persons may surprise some readers and may be questioned by others, but he was the only man in history who was supremely successful on both the secular and religious level. It is probable that the relative influence of Muhammad on Islam has been larger than the combined influence of Jesus Christ and St. Paul on Christianity. It is this unparalleled combination of secular and religious influence which I feel entitles Muhammad to be considered the most influential single figure in human history".
The Hadith of Abdullah bin Awfa makes it sound like the prophet broke fast early, but the narration says that the man didn’t realise that breaking fast time has arrived. And the prophet ordered him to make a meal which takes time and effort to make. And the man was suggesting a little delay, but the prophet was telling him get to it.
This Hadith is seen as an indication that breaking fast shouldn’t be delayed.
But it’s easy to have the misconception that the prophet may peace be upon him was suggesting breaking fast before margib. He wouldn’t do that.
Just had an Israel ad before your video astagfirullah
I really can’t talk in English but not all Muslim in Ramadan think about only food and make a lot, like my family only eat two dishes or maximal 3 , we have two meals (fotoor/sohoor) and one snack between them . Actually we lose weight because of it , Ramadan is the best time to begin healthy for us , I got the point about other people, still there are people have misunderstandings about Ramadan, wish all to follow our prophet صلى الله و عليه و سلم style in fasting
Prophet (s.a.w) recommended healthy diet and told us not waste food.
I love you
Masha Allah Brother
What Surah & Ayah is that at the end of his videos?
💯💯💯💯💯
Me watching this while having iftar..
Alphonse de LaMartaine in 'Historie de la Turquie,' Paris, 1854.
.... "If greatness of purpose, smallness of means, and astonishing results are the three criteria of a human genius, who could dare compare any great man in history with Muhammad? The most famous men created arms, laws, and empires only. They founded, if anything at all, no more than material powers which often crumbled away before their eyes. This man moved not only armies, legislations, empires, peoples, dynasties, but millions of men in one-third of the then inhabited world; and more than that, he moved the altars, the gods, the religions, the ideas, the beliefs and the souls.
Dr. Keith L. Moore Professor Emeritus, Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology. University of Toronto, Canada.
"It has been a great pleasure for me to clarify statements in the Qur'an about human development. It is clear to me that these statements must have come to Muhammad from God, because most of this knowledge was not discovered until many centuries later. This proves to me that Muhammad must have been a messenger of God"
1/3 (healthy) food, 1/3 water, and 1/3 air.
