    According to Islam, there is a list of things that can break or nullify your fast. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, “Whoever breaks the fast during Ramadan without an allowance or illness, then if he fasted for all time, his fasting would not make up for it.” (Jami at-Tirmidhi 273) Therefore, it is strictly advised to avoid the following acts when fasting. Let’s look at these things that break the fast.

    Most of the points you mention should not only be done in Ramadan but throughout your entire life in this Dunya.

      You're right. It's not like we're allowed to listen to music outside of Ramadhan, but listening to music in this month will definitely increase the sin, probably 10 fold.

      You should watch the whole vedio there are lot of things he's saying to refrain from particularly in ramadan ( water entering nose while doing wudu, injection, transfusion etc ..) lot of people unaware of these things.

      No. There is no mention of sin being multiplied by tenfold. But sins will definitely be heavier during a blessed month @@GintamaKintama-sx3zz

    As you mentioned earlier in the video, do you mean that if someone breaks his fast by means other than intercourse, is he just obliged to make up just the number of day

    I'm not even going to bother with Ramadan. Some people just aren't made for fasting. Others need medication. And some fasting messes with them mentally. Some have to stay hydrated, others have to eat food so that certain medications will work properly. Fasting might be prescribed, but sometimes it does more harm than good.

      It is only old ,sick or people who have to take medicine that have the excuse to skip fasting no one else

      @faroukbashir4605 Před 2 měsíci +6

      there are categories of people exempt from fasting, those who are truly unable to (people on medication included), not just as a result of weakness or being lazy. but they have to make up for it in a different way which some may prefer less. Ramadan is just that important, it is a compulsory requirement on all Muslims take or leave. If you believe some parts of the Quran and neglect others then it is not Islam you follow, and calling yourself a Muslim isn't enough to actually be one. Q(2:24) .... And fear the fire whose fuel is men and stones prepared for the disbelievers. harsh but true.

      Health care providers have confirmed how good Ramadan fasting is to our health. Fasting for 24hours or more can harm health but Ramadan is not like that. Ramadan is a blessed month that comes yearly so taking the opportunity to ask your creator for cure, cleaning your heart and stay away from any negative or bad habits and more beyond human imagination can all be achieved in Ramadan. Unless if you don’t fast for the sake of Allah then you will never see or feel anything like this. Allah knows what is in everyone’s heart. There are people with health conditions and still fasting but by the mercy of Allah nothing has happened to them. May Allah help and guide us all to goodness.

      @@dmney123 I'm aware of the benefits. But suffering for a whole month with chronic pain isn't worth it to me. Not to mention. The thing that is being used to stop the migraines I get is medical marijuana. Ramadan wouldn't even count cause it's an intoxicant and I guess void it all.

    May all of us be blessed this ramadan, insallah.
    I was wondering, if you get a toothache while fasting, can we salt water our mouths to relieve some pain? Or put panadol over the tooth then gargle it out with water? 🫂
