I've owned the 35mm, 37mm, 39mm, and the 41mm. The 37mm and 39mm are the best. I have a 7inch wrist and currently own the 37mm. 37mm works best in my opinion since it wears larger.

I have a 41mm on my 6.5 wrist. I like the big look for AP. I even wear the 43mm Offshores for the bold sporty look. My Pateks are 38mm for a very different look and style

it's all personal taste. I too have a 7.5'' wrist and I prefer the 37mm size due to the lug-to-lug dimensions.
