I built some cubbies for my workshop. I used the Paulk jig I made for making the drawers. That jig cuts slots on 3.5" spacing. I just ran it twice so that it would cut a second set between the first set. So I have 1/4" slots on a 1.75" spacing. My big concern was that they would be too close together and I would end up having to use 3 slots for something like a drill driver. But it fits Dewalt batteries just fine. The drawer jig is designed to cut 5/8" slots, so I just ran the standard 1/4" bit/collet setup down the left side, and it came out perfect. This may be the only time I do cubbies, so I was happy not to need another big jig.

I was looking into getting your plans for my trailer. I can't seem to find the plans thar included your miter saw station you used to have. Is it available anywhere? I would really like to have my miter saw mounted in my trailer.
I guess you saw the specific pre-smartkart plan set, since it is right on his website?

If you just want to build one from the era when he had those mounter inside his trailer, just look at his older, pre smartkart videos and total station video, so more than 4 years back. And blast from the past videos of his earlier builds.

According to your intro you've never owned a single axle trailer that throws everything around in your trailer. I worked for a guy who had one and his tools were broken and a real mess after a while.
