The Judge said yes to the dr but very limited questioning related the arm being dog bites. She also said yes to the second witness. As far as the third witness she hasn’t made up her mind but told Jackson they will revisit that next week. To me it didn’t sound like she was going to allow the 3rd witness in due to him not being a medical doctor.

Maybe I missed where you posted it, but the judge in this trial was especially biased in her chapter 14 violation decision against the defense. She says that she understands that she would not allow the attorneys contact with those witnesses because they were the Fed's witnesses. And then proceeds to punish defense for her own requirement of no contact. That's pretty messed up.

She waited 5minutes, growing angry as he did not text her. And she left.she only cracked her taillight the next morning From there it is quite possible that the smell of the blood and the moaning of a dying Man on the front yard unsettled the dog who barked and would not stop, up to the point her owners took her out on a leash and she showed them the dying Man and she then bit his arm. They tried to revive him but couldn't. It is possible they did not want the police inside the house for whatever reason(drugs...whatever). And they thought karen volontarily killed John and they wanted her to pay. In the morning they made sure she was there. When they realize she had cracked her taillight, they believe it was proof she hit him and they organized the investigation so that new pieces of the tail light would show up. Anyway the gps is clear and shows John was always on the front yard and never in the house. Now concerning the steps and the flight of stairs, first the timing indicates everything happened while he was still in the car. Then it is an indirect measurement that you can cheat. If the phone is in your pocket and you move your leg rhythmically as it happens when you're cold or stressed, or both, there will be steps recorded. All that to tell that no. I don’t think she would have wanted him dead, esp since he had two children that had been through enough… I really can’t say what could have happened, but I think some bad luck mixed with bad timing and too deep of a hole dug, the truth may have spiraled into a 1 million pieces puzzle. I think we as humans need to be kind to everyone involved, yes, everyone, until we have more of a legal consensus where the bad apples fall.

Paul O'keefe ears dropping at Karen Read and Yanneti's conversation (1:26:01) and though I understand where he is coming from, Karen Read is entitled to her Lawyer-Client Communication Privileged. When Proctor took the stand, Lally at one point went to Paul and both were talking discretely. I believe in justice and innocent until proven guilty.
I find it hard to believe the prosecution thought this was enough evidence to take to court proceedings.. yet other cases with heaps of evidence they let the dude walk free .. no court case .. until they murder again or several times . But to try pin a case a cop was involved in or his dog on the innocent partner girlfriend who is also a victim is an all new level low…. Never mind they way the leas prosecutor spoke about her medical private information or wanting to find nude photos of her on the guys phone claiming to have “a relationship “ with her ( wishful thinking on his part ). He was obviously sore she didn’t really want him. Numerous people all cops with motive jealous of a beautiful looking woman .. men behaving as if still teenagers 🙄. I understood that the LexisNexis blue circles changed in circumference depending on the network’s range, but that’s different than network signal strength, right? How can the jury trust the accuracy of Guarino’s analysis of the GPS data extracted from Officer O’Keefe’s phone down to 3 feet if he himself indicated that signal strength in that area is consistently spotty?

In order for john to be hit by that 6,000 lb vehicle by any means , he would need injuries from it . Which not one injury that john suffered from came from a vehicle of any sort. As they haven't really been able to deal with his death emotionally. They haven't been able to grieve emotionally.

I don’t think she would have wanted him dead, esp since he had two children that had been through enough… I really can’t say what could have happened, but I think some bad luck mixed with bad timing and too deep of a hole dug, the truth may have spiraled into a 1 million pieces puzzle. I think we as humans need to be kind to everyone involved, yes, everyone, until we have more of a legal consensus where the bad apples fall.
