The "Dandy" line during victory screen is actually pronounced by the defeated character as, like, a reaction to what they see. Neat detail.

@@oatmeal5672 Guys are forgetting they they are adding NEW moves to each character in later updates,the old 6P could very well be a newer special for Slayer instead of just a Strive 6P.The new 6P elbow move does look cool af imo

Kinda on Dizzy's instakill from Xrd. To be fair, Last Horizon is almost an instakill damage wise.
I think it should be a requirement for all of these pre-release gameplay videos to immediately mute all other audio except for the character theme once the actual fight starts.

He has Raging Demon that does 70% damaging (on high health characters like Nago anyway; probably gonna be even crazier on low health characters like Chipp) that also launches the opponent around the entire world. Costs full meter though. This was explained in the starter guide that was released yesterday.
@@GurrenPrime If it's like 70% for high health characters like Nago, my guess that it'd probably be at least 90% for Chipp and more than likely a one shot for Manaless Asuka

so why exactly when announcer says A.B.A's name it's actually a different announcer but now with Slayer it's the old one?
It doesn't sound like the announcer in Xrd Rev 2 in my opinion. I gave it a listen, he puts more emphasis on saying "Slayer" in Xrd Rev while it's a bit more straightforward and softer here in Strive.
@@sporetv57 i meant that we have the strive announcer, right? And he said the name of every every single character up to aba (said the name as in "Anji versus Potemkin" at the round start and in the character select menu). Aba's name is said by a different person for some reason. I assumed they aren't working with the strive announcer now but he is back with slayer which made me even more confused
