I bought a pre-owned '96 M-Edition back in '99 with 32K miles while in college. Drove it until 113K miles when traded it for a new car in 2004. It was the biggest regret in my car buying experience. I missed & loved every experience I had with it. The Miata was certainly the best car I had.
Now that the kids are grown & my truck is almost paid, I'll be in the market for my second Miata soon.
I just bought a 97 Miata M Edition, 38k miles, all original, one owner, probably an 8 /10 condition… for $5k. I am loving the car so far.
If you wanna sell it to me let me know ! Haha
lol didn't realize the 96m is even lower production than the other ones. I was the first one at a pick n pull when they got a 96m in. About $400 later and I had a new (to me) top on it's frame, m edition door sills (probably my favorite thing from that tbh), reupholstered m edition seats in fantastic condition, seatbelts, a set of tail lights, and a whole lot of hardware.
Was a great find and the changes really made my car feel a little bit nicer.
I have a '97 M-edition with literally every option available...including the ultra rare rear wing... Between the Miata, my '71 MGB-GT, and my Austin~Healry? The M-Edition is my go to daily driver, and I absolutly LOVE it....., execpt in the winter, when it gets put away and I switch to my MGB-GT for obvious reasons.......
Currently looking at buying one of these off someone, thanks so much for the great review!
No such thing as a bad Miata review! Loved seeing this M Edition
Man, I’d love you to see mine 😂. 1994 laguna blue and tan M package. 16k original miles, still has the new car smell haha.
I would love if you would review my 1993 Honda acty street van. I absolutely love watching your videos
93 Le was only 1500, And 92 sunburst yellow both are around 1500, I have a 1989/90 mariner blue 77k with upgrades, best car I ever owned and will ever own it just does whatever you ask it even a trip to Sam's club if you're good at Tetris
I have a 97 STO edition which is the only NA that’s more rare than the M edition only 1500 made but mine has the same enkei wheels as this one surprisingly
Same, I own another STO 😎
I would love an M edition Miata
Not sure how I found another American with my last name but awesome review. Subscribed
woah! I've never met anyone outside my family with it!
Can you do a mazda protege5 review, The wagon
I myself am 5'11" but I'm also pretty thin, I don't think I'd have much of an issue fitting in. I drive a 2017 Chevy Cruze and I have my seat closer to the steering wheel than most people. Pretty sure I'd be able to fit okay into a Miata.
i'm also 5'11" and i fit perfectly
@@UnrealRope I recently test drove an NB Mazda Miata at the start of this year, I'm actually surprised at how well I fit in, I was expecting my head to touch the top of the car but it didn't. The car itself was in rough shape and I didn't buy it because $8000 was too much for the condition its in on top of the steering wheel being stiff (it needed new power steering fluid), but aside from that it was fun to drive. Not that different from my current car either aside from it being lower to the ground more. Pedal response is fantastic compared to my current car, no lag.
PS Somebody needs a detail. Hit that vacuum brah. LOL. Great video though - thanks for making it man.
Miata is always the answer. Need a little sports roadster? Look no further. Need an off-roader? There are lift kits for Miatas. Need a truck? People have made Miata pickups. Need to carry the whole family? You don't really need to bring them with you, do you?
don’t forget miata-karts. funniest things i’ve ever seen
Nice car is it for sale? If so how much?
My '96 M Edition has 57,000 miles
What character is that sticker of on the driver window? She looks familiar for some reason
its asuka from NGE but edited to look like a goth girl
My neighbor has one and is thinking of selling it, what do you think is a fair price?
Depending on mileage and condition these go from 6k-13k
I have a 96 M edition but after more than 250k miles and going through 10 owners its far from what it used to be...
The M i want😍: (this)
The M i can afford🥱: (BMW)
sadly, it doesn't pull chicks like we would hope. In fact, based on research - it can be a repellant. Fiancee is like 'nope, never, not happening' 🤷♂
Having an absolute shitbox of a 96 m I am beyond envious of yours
