nufc had to pay to get Ashworth away from gardening leave when he moved from Brighton. Man U think they are too big to worry about such main issues

Ye the entitlement from Jim ratcliffe is crazy you want him pay the money it’s simple remember when they tried to get us to pay 15 million or something ridiculous to loan lingard 2 seasons ago what goes around comes around

Typical manure. They think the rules don't apply to them, they're still stuck in the 90's. If they want Dashworth, pay up. Or he stays in the Garden,.....

Man u thinking they can just come and cherry pick what they want, instead of wasting money in courts pay what's right and stop trying to flex your muscles, maybe if they didn't try and have our back teeth out for 15mill for a loan player then come in and poach our top staff we might have give a little, let's be honest we don't really need the money but we need to let teams like man u we are no mugs.

Tonali has spent his time away from playing settling into the city and learning the language, he’s also been training with the first team the entire time so will be ready to slot straight back in. As for Man Utd and Ashworth, them thinking clubs should just roll over and allow them to do whatever they want is about as arrogant as ever but not surprising as it’s typical Man Utd, they think they’re still in the 90s and not a backward moving club like they actually are.

Great insight, can we get Keith in to work alongside the next sporting director? 😁

We paid Brighton 6m Compensation I think. Ashworth, apart from the Tonali situation has been very good so we need to get at least double what we paid Brighton. Ratcliffe has very quickly slipped into the "we are Man Utd" mindset. He'll learn the hard way that they are a fading club, in the short term anyways.

Has he though ? He signed Kuol for the future, he went out on loan but wasn’t good enough to get a start at either Hearts or Volendam. He also questioned whether Adam Wharton was good enough for the price demanded, look how that worked out for Palace. I have to admit to being totally underwhelmed by Ashworth’s performance at Newcastle.

@@apb3440I agree, the guy can go he hasn’t really got any body of work apart from his Brighton time. Did he improve England? Not in any way, shape or form from what I can see. The Brighton project was going well before he went there, it has carried on without him.

What has DA been very good at? You’ve not got a clue what he has or hasn’t done

‘A fading club’ they have been by the day since Fergie retired, he’s shown he ran the club. + the Glazers just sat back and pilfered the profits to the state their in today, if you want the best available then you have to pay the price to get them in, if their dithering on this then what’s it going to be like at the end of the season regarding their current head coach, you have to be looking at the long term project, and that means getting rid of the dead wood đŸȘ” now and pay up and settle up. đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž

Man Utd, probably the biggest and one of the richest clubs in the world quibbling over a few million for one of the most important roles in their new structure... WTAF...?

And it's not like they are spending it on the upkeep of the stadium which is a massive safety concern with a roof virtually falling down, then talk of a new stadium which the taxpayer may foot the bill, then trying to get 15mill for a loan player, when we sell a top player like maxi for 35mill (which I think was undervalued) the FA take a close look at the deal to make sure we haven't overpriced, when it comes to Man U the FA need to grow a pair coz any other club and they are all over them.
