DJI Mavic Mini... Does The FCC Hack actually work and increase the range of the Mini?

Update: I appreciate the db readings are off, I haven't had a chance to re-test but given the DJI Fly App no longer allows the spoofing hack and resets region as soon as the Mini gets a GPS connection the test is no longer current. There's also zero evidence elsewhere that the hack results in anything close to FCC power levels.
A video to run through the context and tests for whether the FCC Hack for the DJI Mavic Mini actually increases the range on the CE (European version) on the DJI Mavic Mini. There has been a lot of speculation that using GPS Spoofing tools allows you to unlock the FCC Trasmission power on the Mavic Mini when flying in the CE region. This video will test the theory using RF Power measurements on a CE version of the device.
