How to you stop the friggin wallpaper from always accidentally changing whenever you accidentally hard press the Home Screen when you’re just handling your phone by your side? This is driving me nuts. I only want to be able to change the Home Screen wallpaper in settings, never accidentally by the Home Screen.
Is there a way to turn this off? I keep accidentally charging my wallpaper sometimes when I’m just simply holding my phone while it may still be on, it gets quite annoying lol

Do you mean iPhone 12? If so, than yes it does work; as long as you have it updated. But if you really mean that your iPhone is still running on iOS 12 than no.

Can you have a different Lock Screen from your wallpaper? Why they change the process and add all this extra stuff idk. Me personally I don’t like

Yes, by setting the shuffle frequency to “on lock”
