When you made the second short cut, you went to album then selected wallpaper mine did not have the wallpaper option

Create a new Wallpaper in the Settings app, choose Photo Shuffle as the type, set the Shuffle Frequency to On Lock.

Not sure why sorry. Look over everything carefully and try a restart. Experiment. Call Apple Support if you still can't get it.
How would you tweak this (if possible) to daily download Bing's Image of the Day and set it as wallpaper? 🤔
It would have to be way more than a tweak. You'll need to create some sort of process to get the image of the day and store it locally. Not sure how they present the file on Bing, and not sure what your coding abilities are to make that happen.
How can I get my wallpaper to switch for driving mode? I can only change the lock screen but can’t set a custom wallpaper as a filter or change the home screen for some reason
Create an automation in Shortcuts and set it to trigger for "Driving." Check the wallpaper you are switching to and see what you have set there as it sounds like you set a different thing for Lock Screen and Home Screen on that one.

I just wish there is a way that if I change my iPhone wallpaper, the same wallpaper will automatically applied to my iPad and MacBook.
Because I'm a person obsessed with having the same uniform wallpaper across my Apple ecosystem.
super complicated steps, the manufacturer could simplify all these stupid steps just giving a more understandable very easy way to do it, for example when you want to choose wallpaper it could give you to choose two different photos one for daytime and second photo for the late night. and when you choose these two photos it could give you an option for which photo to appear as a wallpaper starting from 6.00 AM till 18.00 and starting from 18.00 it will change your wallpaper to the second chosen photo for late at night. this method is bullshit. Create this create that again create this create that.
