Hi Roy, Great watches again. I watched Railway Man on release at cinema and thought it was great. I haven’t seen it since will need to re watch. Have a great week enjoy the sun.
Another solid week of watches Roy! I don't think I've seen any of them beofre, but really like the sound of Mr Hobbs takes a holiday. You can't beat a bit of grumpy Jimmy Stewart! I skipped your thoughts for Railway Man to avoid spoilers, but from the sounds of it, it's a film I have to check out and return to hear what you thought. Hope you're enjoying the lovely weather!
Hello Warren. Yes been enjoying the sun but I didn't last long in the heat when gardening this morning. Mr Hobbs was a delight. It was like the national lampoon films but of a different age. You were wise to skip. I totally spoilt The Railway Man. I would be really interested to see what you think. It affected me profoundly.
So Roy, did you get to see the Northern Lights 🧐 I watched Night Of A Thousand Eyes and completely agree with you….great film and you wouldn’t want to be near Edward G Robinson in that film…if you did, you wouldn’t last long 😬 take care mate👍😃👍
Great watches mate , yes sometimes the British humour goes over other peoples heads it's dry witty and sarcastic 😅 and we definitely don't take ourselves to serious,
Cheers Stuart 🍻 yep I truly believe our humour is the best 👌 👍 so many American comedy films do nothing for me but an old episode of Terry and June makes me giggle 😃 ❤️
@@roybarratt5609 I bought my wife the on the busses film trilogy Blu-ray boxset 👌🏻 so British we bothed found it funny sooo sexist but who cares it's a product of its time , lighten up everybody 👈🏻
Hi Roy. Another good mix of movies. Glad you watched Shaft in Africa. Many share your view that it’s the weakest of the three. I enjoy it for the many bizarre things that it does….i loved Stewart and O’Hara in Mr Hobbs but overall didn’t chuckle much…The Railway Man didn’t affect me nearly as much as it did you, one I’ll need to rewatch…..I’d like to see The Night has a Thousand Eyes, maybe next Indicator sale! Enjoy the rest of your weekend
Hello Neil yes was a good week. I enjoyed the Shaft trilogy enough to certainly look to upgrade to the bluray set. The Night has a thousand eyes I highly recommend. Started off slowly but kept gathering pace. Don't think I've seen Edward G Robinson in a bad film.
Great reviews roy love your reviews of film and great vide0😅😅😅😅
Thanks 👍 😊 John. Hope you're having a great weekend ❤️

Hello Ellery, hope you're well. The Railway Man is fast becoming a favourite. Think we're back to the wet stuff tomorrow. It was good while it lasted.

Hey Alan, I ventured outside and saw nothing. Very underwhelming 😆 I'd definitely give him a wide berth 😆 Thanks mate 👍 👌

I do like the world building in Daybreakers and often wondered what blood in coffee tastes like.
Only one way to find out lol
Don't think I've seen any of these weeks watches mate 🤔 sounds interesting though.i might have to give railway man ago in the future 🙂👍🏻
Morning Ash. The Railway man is a good watch and pretty cheap title. 👌 Thanks for watching mate 👍

Always thought the second one was the weakest shaft
@PaulChiesa-db5zn I quite enjoyed the second one. I'd personally rank them in order they were released.
