  • Seeing the problems in the world and in your own life can sometimes bring great sadness and frustration. But Pema reminds us why we practice in the midst of it all in this short clip from her new online retreat, Change Your Mind, Open Your Heart.
We receive back what we send out. So, when you see others’ distress or even your own, you can shift your focus to compassion, which ripples out and changes the environment around you. Through this dedication to practice you have the opportunity to slowly move the world towards a greater harmony, one moment at a time.

VIBE is so powerful. Energetic frequency is so powerful it can be very scary when you're unhealed. I pray that my vibes become immaculate and healing not only towards myself but others. Pema, thank you for all you've done to share your heart.

It's incredible because what she is able to access has nothing to do with 'her.' She just happens to be on the spiritual path and is incredibly receptive to whatever 'that' is. She is so deeply dedicated and it's more than inspiring.

I read the book The Buddhist On Death Row. People who are incarcerated do NOT get special treatment. That book brought me closer to wanting to learn Buddhist practice. Society’s views towards felons is basically a study in ignorance and maybe aversion by the way.

Goes a long way across axes of both time and space. Even backwards in time, for the past is not as fixed as we think it is. Or perhaps I should say, the past is exactly as fixed as we think it is. Whole swaths of our lives and histories are subject to reframing under new paradigms, revealing new potentialities in what we thought was "water under the bridge."
