      I noticed that too. And cutouts in rear valance for exhaust Wich wasn't on 70 cuda. 71 cuda has them. Weird they missed that seems how there 95 release in 1/24 scale nailed it correctly. Same company. Lol

    • @classicrockandcars
      @classicrockandcars Před rokem

      @@danielmiller4492 70 Cudas had them as well. AAR Cudas didn't have them because they have side exit exhaust. 70 Barracudas also did not have rear exit exhaust so they didn't have the cutouts. Normal 70 Cudas did have them, though.

    Nice build; great finish- show quality; Incorrect exhaust for an AAR version- side exhausts in front of the rear wheels, no tips out the back nor ports for exhaust tips in the real pan. Decent 340-6 barrel engine replica.

    • @05gtdriver
      @05gtdriver Před 4 lety +1

      You must be referring to the movie Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry where they wreck a '69 Charger R/T into a train at the end of the movie?
      Incidentally, that '69 Charger was painted a Mopar High Impact color by the name of Citron Yella(for Dodge cars) and Curious Yellow(for Plymouth cars). The color was actually a 1971 color only, so the '69 Charger used in the movie had been repainted to a newer color. The AAR 'Cuda in this build is mimicking a color called "Sassy Green"(Plymouth's name for it, Dodge called it "Go Green"). Cheers.

    • @TildeathTheKid
      @TildeathTheKid Před 4 lety

      05gtdriver It’s been a minute since I’ve seen the movie and this paint job heavily reminded me of their car. I always mixed their Charger up with this year Cuda and I’ve never really understood why.

    • @05gtdriver
      @05gtdriver Před 4 lety

      @@TildeathTheKid Yeah, I don't get always them right either, Chrysler had a way of mixing up left-over paint to change the hue a bit and rename the color. Sassy green gets confused with Sublime a lot and in photos you can see why as the sunlight will make them appear the same. I looked up years ago, the Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry Charger because I had never seen a '69 Charger painted that way(the High Impact colors debuted 1969, but the you usually just see Hemi Orange or Go Mango for 1969).
      I love that movie! I try to watch whenever I see it in the listing :-)
