Bogdan K it’s just not their main arsenal of attacks but they could do it. Hashi has wood style and tobirama is just too good at water style. Hiruzen just got the time to really master it all coz he been the hokage since he was 18 until his death. That’s why he so good at it.

In summary it’s alien magic. The origin of the chakra are the seeds. The seeds are also the ten tails(chapter 45 boruto manga). In my opinion it’s a biological monster with an unknown origin probably created by molecular circumstance like us but in a chaotic world, that needs planets like fertilizer. The tree can be used by memebers of the otsutsuki clan (or people with the same abilities) to absorb the energy of the planets to creat a fruit that gives godlike power. Momoshiki was stated to feed from planets in his dimension so he probably used that method. Several millenia ago one of that seeds come to earth as a meteor(idk why). 1000 years before Shippuden occurred Isshiki Otsutsuki and Kaguya arrived to earth, idk why. Why did Isshiki disappear? no fking idea. But Kaguya stayed here. She was a Otsutsuki but she didn’t have godlike powers since she never had eat the fruit before, but she still had a massive amount of chakra that she used to kill people that were a threat to her. She become a god when she ate fruit. She also was the concubine of a human king, when she obtained the power of the fruit she was pregnant with Hagoromo and Hamura, so they become gods too. Then Hagoromo gave some humans the ability to create chakra from their body’s. Those part alien part human people reproduced and a big amount of the people in the world of Naruto has chakra. Hagoromo also had two sons and for for some reason they reincarnate around every 200 or 300 years.

It's actually insane that naruto only learned about Chakra natures in shippuden, that feels like something you would learn in the first arc of naruto or hell even in the ninja academy

@@chrono9503 Considering how the original point of the series was that the newer generation surpasses older generations, I wouldn't be surprised that 4th Hokage was supposed to be the original strongest Hokage after the Third. It makes sense given that he was the one that "took out" the demon fox (before there 8 other beasts).

Seven years later, these are still the best videos on CZcams explaining concepts from Naruto. Especially Chakra Natures and the elemental releases. They still hold up, but I wonder if remastered, longer versions of these videos would have any new information considering how many years it’s been.

Sharingan Hax. His is called the man that copied a thousand jutsu for a reason.
He doesn't have them mastered or anything he just can copy them, so while he can use them all it's only as a result of copying it through his sharingan and not by means of learning and mastering them.

2:17 What about Kakashi? I know according to the 4th databook he can use all primary chakra natures. Or have all of these guys completely mastered them all and whatever "mastering" is considered. I'd think even though Kakashi uses the sharingan he still had to train to use those elements to the extent he could but mabye not.

@@patro7177 the rasengan isn’t a wind release jutsu. It’s not an elemental jutsu at all. Kakashi used an unaltered rasengan which isn’t an elemental jutsu. It only became a wind release jutsu when naruto added wind chakra and created the rasen shuriken.

weird how hyper-speed movement for fast travel, walking on water and walls, changing your shape, and creating clones of yourself is considered rudimentary for ninjas but being good at spitting water and throwing rocks is considered hard

Well to me Chakra Natures were something that your body was already partially creating at all times.
For example Itachi's chakra would always have a bit of regular fire nature chakra in it, so the transformation is already done for the most part. This would explain why learning the opposite Chakra Nature is so difficult since your body has to completely change from one form into another and then into another.

So Orochimaru, the first 3 Hokage's, and Muu (my personal favorite kage) are the only known ones in the series to have mastered all chakra nature's.
I guess it could make sense for Orochimaru, Hiruzen, and Muu using different nature's, but for Hashirama and Tobirama, it just feels weird.

He did, but it wasn't natural. He had help from the copy abilities of the sharingan, which isn't really his to begin with.
Actually, the Sharingan only allows you to copy jutsus, it doesn't affect your Chakra natures. Kakashi has mastered all 5 naturally.

Jidokwan CXCIII the rasengan dosent have to have a chakara nature combined to it. you can add any chakara nature to the rasengan. naruto does this to make different chakara nature rasen shurikens(which originates from adding wind nature to the rasengan) from the chakara he got from the tailed beast
i think there's a difference between being able to use a few jutsu of an affinity and actually mastering that affinity. yeah kakashi's affinity is lightning but with how many jutsu he seems to know and with the variety of chakra natures, i'd say he's mastered all five or can at least use a few from each. i mean, just because some one can play chess, that does not mean they are a master of it so i guess it really depends on what _you_ consider to be mastery.

zane whyte it has to do with the sage of six paths only shared his charka with his followers. then only their decendants got charka. on terms of rock Lee he just didn't process a whole of charka so he can't use it except when in 8 gates mode
They do have chakra but they don't train their bodies to control it

N. Mercer well yang release only restores what a person genetically has: kakashi had his original eyeball restored and not a sharingan. THEREFORE... it is impossible for an uchiha who can only be given yin release from spirit of indra to have yang since spirit of ashura only goes to senju members.

+idunusegoogleplus except that yin and yang release is used for every non elemental jutsu ever, like medical ninjutsu, shadow clone jutsu, and rasengan. it has nothing to do with spirit of indra or ashura, since they only ever have one reincarnation at a time, as in only one person at a time has their spirit. if only people who inherit spirit of ashura get yang and only yang, then naruto wouldn't be able to use rasengan, since, as a destructive jutstu it would use yin. and the yin-yang hax powers aren't just used on yourself, since naruto used it to restore kakashi's eye, not kakashi using it to restore his own eye. meaning, the infinite izanagi thing IS possible, just have naruto use it on sasuke.
also +swiggity swooty if an uchiha member and a senju member have kids, they get rinnegan, since it meets the requirements of recreating the sage of six paths chakra by having the chakra of both his sons. thus making izanagi relatively obsolete due to the naraku path, and the deva path.

I believe that wood release is just a combination of water/earth and medical ninjustu due to it creating live wood and probably no one thought to add yang to it.
That’s probably why white zetsu had trees sprouting out when they got near/defeated by naruto due to him releasing a lot of yang chakra.
It has nothing to do with “medical” ninjutsu lol. The reason Zetsu had trees springing from him when NARUTO touched him is because Kurama’s chakra was filled with nature energy. This only happened when Naruto came into contact with them. Had nothing to do with medical ninjutsu.

Techinically the Kekkei Tota isn't a born-thing using Fire Wind and Earth. It simply requires full mastery of those 3 elements and not an affinity for all 3. Mu stated he could teach the "secret" to using it to any ninja who had said mastery (like Hashi/Tobi/Hiru/Oroch), but he only ever did teach it to Ohnoki (who had a natural affinity to Earth style only, but had mastered those 3).

Honestly, these videos are awesome. Unfortunately they have way to many spoilers for a noob.. but a well-versed fan that is caught up wouldn't need these videos. So this confuses me, who are these videos intended for? Because as a newcomer to Naruto (currently working through the Pain arc, first watch-thru) These videos have already spoiled a few things for me, most not major.. a few.. kinda irritating but okay.
That's all, I think you're doing a great job. The videos are well made, not long winded, good info etc. but, the spoilers make them unwatchable until I finish the series.. So I'll be back then I guess lol keep up the good work and try to avoid spoilers or put warnings in the new videos! I have friends that just started as well, and I'd love to recommend this channel but they hate spoilers more than I do!
