Just to clear things up, when writing the script I was aware the broodals "come back" later and that the majority of the game doesn't take place in the mushroom kingdom. However if someone killed me and I came back later I'd still be upset, also I prefer to think that peach is the de facto shadow leader of the entire world Mario takes place in.

Technically Peach's law on murder only applies to the Mushroom Kingdom, she doesn't govern anywhere else in the world, and since you start in cap kingdom, there's no illegal murder. Run solved, Mario can kill legally!
Ah, you fail to consider that when Mario and Cappy return to the Mushroom Kingdom at the end of the game they are still murderers.
@@Shadow-cp5er They did all of them in other countries, you can only be prosecuted if you did the crime in that country, and since no other place outside of the Mushroom Kingdom made murder illegal, you can just go back there and be fine! Tho since the Mushroom Kingdom is a monarchy, Peach can do whatever she wants, she could put anyone in jail or banned from her kingdom without anyone being able to oppose her, so it's kind of pointless to point out the flaws in these arguments I suppose. 🤷🏻♂️

The way the end could have been an actual true crime podcast at the end really got me. His voice was so perfect for it too

Another way to take this: the broodal fights just make topper, harriett, etc… teleport to a sleeping chamber where they regain their strength, and you know they are all fine, because they are all with each other on dark side. :)

Technically since Princess Peach only rules the Mushroom Kingdom, she has no control over the other kingdoms meaning that murder is in fact legal as long as it isn’t in the mushroom kingdom.

This is so good! I really love the storytelling and the props used too. The challenge is awesome and the twist even more so. I think it's a really fun and inclusive way to make many enjoy SMO challenges.

I love how after all this time, nobody talks/knows about bowser controlling the dragon
The way you get around everything is by letting your opponents attack you first, since the broodals and Bowser are aggressive and will attack Mario even if he hasn't attacked them, he can claim self defense and legally get away with everything.
I'm only 2 minutes in and this is already one of my favourite videos I've seen in a while. Holy shit this is amazing.

To be fair, the only way you can legally murdar someone is if they commit treason. With peach being royal and the main fights are helping bowser who is the main man capturing peach, making them able to be killed for treason.
