if the set of skills he possesses is unique, then the fact that he can break out of your prison is surely not grounds for concern
Well the point is so that they can keep prisoners even if they are this smart
He is the worst case scenario for a prisoner - super smart and knows a lot with help from the outside so by preparing for the best of the best anything less will be just fine
@@ItsJak3FromStateFarm The point he was making is none of them are that smart, thus his skills being called unique. Try to keep up
@@breakneck777 being unique doesnt mean his skills is the only one in the world, but there is still a chance that there’ll be a super dangerous prisoner who has the capability to escape like he did
lol
Ah. The old man sized ventilation shaft. Every super secure facility and villain's lair has one.
LOL, my buddy does Central Air and duct work and he always gets annoyed at the old ventilation escape. Not only are air ducts incredibly flimsy but they are often fastened by a thin metal strap that is nailed into the concrete building with a single ramset nail or... guys might just loop a rope around the ceiling trusses to hold the duct in place. Either way, the duct can't handle more than probably 50 lbs and the fasteners probably can't take much more than 80 lbs. No one over 100 lbs would ever have a chance of being able to travel thru an air duct. After all, they are only designed to transport air...
@@RustCole01 So your friend is saying that they are made for Ninjas.
@@RustCole01 Maybe this air-duct transports heavy air...

...and they are always so shiny clean.
Come out to the coast, we’ll get together, have a few laughs!
The real magic trick is how he unscrewed the vent hatch lmao
He trimmed his finger nail for months
The screws had these heads you can twist without a screwdriver.
problem was, they used wing nuts (or is it winged nuts?). those are easy to tighten without tools... and just as easy to take off, without tools...
@@arashi8300 its called a wingnut
Its a winged nut
so they can either switch to glass milk bottles, or move the keypad a few feet away from the hatch
sound easy, but prolly not. The keypad looks like it is built into the lock mechanism. Wiring it away could be an option, but in emergencies, the convict could perish. Glass milk bottles, def not sure about that, glass is sorta kept away from in mates.
they can make weapons out of glass bottles
Or just employ 2 more guards.
The keypad itself is the security flaw. Door control should be completely remote.
Keycard needs to be activated from the control room, before input is allowed. So visual confirmation of guard safely at the cell door. Also prevents a single prisoner from freeing every other prisoner on that block if the doors use a common lock combination.
In other people's eyes, it's a carton of milk. In his eyes this is the key to escape.
If criminals were that smart, they wouldn't end up in prison.
Some are too smart for their own good
I believe in bad choices
Yeah. They are called politicians)
they hide things in prison better than you hide your wrinkles
someone smarter caught them
"He has the unique talent to break any prison designed by man." So that means no prison can be 100% escape-proof, which means the business can keep on going forever?
yep, though they usually test only once
unless...they have aliens designing the prison....
@@teemumiettinen7250 I think that means he can escape from everywhere, with the notable exception of hell.
"...designed by man." They should have taken that line, and made the next movie out of it. A prison that's made from a natural formation of some kind.
or some sort of AI !
@@ZMKmagic That's kind of the plot to the next movie. The routines and layouts are randomized by an automated system.
"Aliens" Stallone goes off world to escape and test an out of this world prison and survive an close encounter with interstellar bubba.
You msan australia
The Rock?
Just need to fix one part. "What kind of man chooses to spend most of his life locked up?"
"The type of man that wants to keep people from breaking out."
He is only there for a short period and then break out. Not like he's staying in there for 5 years before busting out of there. That statement in the movie is so stupid
@@kenacycle exactly that's the other thing. Plus how much does he get paid for that short time.
Damn... Wilson Fisk surely has changed
well hes almost look like the younger fisk so heh i guess rambo meets the man who controls the entire law and city
He changed because Spiderman put some dirt into his eye
Dude sounds better as Wilson Fisk
Daredevil scared him
“See the cartons contain a thin layer of wax laminate” always cracks me up for no reason 😂😂😂😂 Thinking max security inmates downing lil ass chocolate milk then using it to escape the prison is just hilarious.
1.Knowing the layout 2. Knowing the routines 3. Help from outside or within. Or 4....... A key
So all I need is an agency on the outside to read a message from me in some high tech piece of paper, to start a fire for me outside of a prison and pick me up when I break out? I will have to remember this next time I get locked up
Criminals can easily write to their buddy and tell them to throw a molotov at a certain car at a certain time lol. Even I could do that.
if you are part of an organized crime ring it should be pretty easy to get that kind of help
Even if you knew the numbers you didn't know the combination. There were still 4! = 24 possible permutations. You would think a max security prison would lock out the system if you entered the wrong code enough times. Maybe he was just very lucky and got it the first try
May be able to tell from the fingerprint? Last button pressed may have a lighter print or something.
@@unkennyvalley287
Why would the last fingerprint be lighter? Also, even if you the last number what about the other 3?
@@HaydenLau. each time you press the button, or the plastic sheet, you leave a bit of the oil from your fingertip on it, so i will assume its reasonable that for every successive button you press, the fingerprint will be a bit lighter. How much lighter, and whether that makes a difference to human eye is beyond me, but perhaps not to Ray here.
Human psychology is most people press the number from top to bottom
Try 2 times, wait for guard to use real code, try 2 more times and so on. When you get it right, wait one more day then go on first try
Easiest way to make a prison breakout proof? Make it so they don't want to leave.
Great and now the crime rate has gone up by about 1000 percent cause anyone struggling financially has a way to live for free on the tax payers dime 😂
@@caluminnes579 I think scandinavia does fine even when everyone gets TVs, kitches and basicially live in small apartments. Reform rate there is outragiously high despite great life quality in prison.
@@awildridehome9469 yeah it’s Scandinavia it’s a relatively peaceful group of countries that are expensive to live in. Meaning most people are reasonable well off and less people are committing crimes out of necessity
@@caluminnes579 Their countries didn't become that way over night.

Sylvester is ready for every plan he is legend
whole movie has a perfect screenplay and it's perfectly directed by Michael Håfström mentioned above, shame that Escape Plan 2 was not directed by him...
Escape plan 2 is pure garbage with those futuristic bullshit and new actors
I didn't even know there was a second movie
@@gkaskavelis consider yourself lucky as it's super baaaad..
@@gkaskavelis And there is a 3rd even worse one :)
Escape plan was amazing
The second movie was in fact absolute trash to me
It did not need a sequel
What would be funny is if you fail putting in the code 3 times in a row, the door bricks like a phone and then you can never get out.
Or at least just flashes an alert at the door (where the inmate cannot see it) and in the guard station. If the guard screws up, they will get chewed out by their coworkers. If the inmate causes it, the guards will be alerted, will check the cell, and will likely be waiting out of sight
The smartest criminals are the ones you don't know about.
For all of those who laugh about the milk carton or little things (wing nuts) there was a man who escaped prison in the last decade using dental floss. True story.
How the hell?
Everyone be gangsta till the fire truck hits a speedbump with Ray under it lol
This guy would be great in the escapists
can't believe he was the Kingpin. :O
what a talent!
He's also Private Pyle in Full Metal Jacket.
Os filmes e muito bom ! Ok valeu ! Eu sou Brasileiro !
The guard can't feel with his fingers there was a plastic over it? Ray figured out how to use the computer once he got into the room? How did he know there was a vent that led to the fire gargage?
Warden Murrowboy, did you not hear what he said?
"If you know the layout, the weak side is obvious. In Bend-waters case, it's the Secure Housing Unit. The only problem is, it's located next to an unsecured fire garage."
He knew the layout of the prison. I don't know where he got the blueprints.
Ray could handle computers and no, the guard could not feel the thin plastic.
There you have it, Warden Murrowboy.

That's probably a real job. I met a woman whose job was to break in and out of amusement parks nationwide after dark in order to question and improve all forms of security both electronic and security officer-related performance and methods of improving security. She made $60k a year doing that. Traveling around legally committing crimes. She was skinny attractive and seemingly normal. She succeeded every time except once and she admitted she was a little sloppy that night at the guard got lucky seeing her but she still had a job. She stayed and let the police capture her, she told her story and was released within 2 hours like just in this video. I know, it's crazy.
Damn man this was sooo F realistic, that even The bird man in his grave is saying damn i should have tried this one ..!
4:48 Liam Neeson isn't the only one with a unique set of skills
They would not put a keypad with a 4 digit password that could be reached from the cell that could be guessed in a single night. There is only 10,000 possible codes and prisoners got nothing but time.
god damn homie, proves how dumb you are with what you said. Do you think the prisoner would be able to sit there all day guessing the code? You must have missed the part where he put that clear laminated tape on the keypad for the smudges on the keys. Also he put that towel thing in the slot to keep it open, otherwise its locked.
@@abdullahansari437 if there're 4 smudges on the tape, there would be only 24 combinations and he'd be done in a minute or two. It would take 1.7 years at your rate * without * any smudges because he'd have 10,000 combinations.

good acting in this movie
Nonsense, I’ve been there, the keypads are scrambled after every use and there is no way one could be reached from inside a cell. And, of course, the ducts are either too small for crawling through, barred or sensored and the whole thing monitored from a remote facility with multiple staff. You go in and you don’t get out without a good lawyer and a friendly judge. Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.
The escape plan is a good weapon, its meta.
Everyone always tries to break out, why can't I see someone for once break in.

It reminded me the early seasons of prison break and I liked that show
I don't think its awful
well sry to bring it to you but 3:20 there are still 2 locked doors between him and the computers at any time these controllcenters are atleast locked by 2 doors and mostly have more security measures... also 3:34 there are 2 tipes of air shaft sealing in prison nr 1 special screews he couldnt remove without the tools or extreme time like 5 min for just 1 screw and 2nd an extra box over the normal screws they would never be as exposed as this is /// well its still a good movie...
Cool
Rocky has the brains as well as the physique after all
Pvt Pyle sure has come a long way...
Apart from number lock additionally add a lock and key mechanism at both top and bottom of door, so his hands will not be able to reach. Also, key for each lock should be with different person. Or change the hole in door to bottom right corner or top right corner of door, so his hands cannot reach the lock system. Or simply give a paper cup like what we get have in coffee shops which will not have a lamination sheet but just poly coated. We have lot of ways to fix this. No need to re-do everything.
Warden was likely being cheap to maximize profits
Or just move the keypad 1 feet away .... Problem solved.

He's famous, and rich.
he just attacked a person who was his enemy and his punishment was solitary and even if he did stab a person he had a release code which would probably oversight his stabbing because he has tested 14 prisons and hes allowed to do what he needs to test the realism of it otherwise he would be limited to escapes and then the federal bureau of prisons hiring him would be useless
private pyle has really came a long way.

Why have keypad next to the door like that so inmate can reach it lol
Good ol Ray just tried 9999 possibly combinations :)

4:28 that truly is a very interesting question, what kind of a man would choose to spend most of his life in prison?
what kind of prison puts a keypad lock to a door, right in arms reach of the door so an inmate can touch it?
That's true but this is fictional bro so don't worry no one can escape like this
A prison designed by a scriptwriter of a movie who needs to find a way to fix a hole in the plot.
the prison designed the cell assuming the prisoner had nothing to help him escape or any tools they oversighted toilet paper as actually being useful as he jams the inspection window which gives him his meals opens it and then you have a keypad which has 10,000 combinations because 4 digits have to be entered but he puts a laminated tape on it which shows the 4 keys pressed so he opens it guesses the code while they are on a smoke break gets a tool off the table unscrews the vent hatch then he gets into the fire house and puts on a fire coat and gets in a car and drives out the prison
Where can I find this movie
How do you get someone on the outside world to blow up a car as an excuse 😂
That part is the most unbelievable part
It was part of the job his company would perform. In this case it was likely a car the company bought to be blown up. In real life it would be where your friend steals a car, adds a bomb, and a second friend in the van is used for everyone to get away.
This lad was preparing for Corona Virus back in 213!
Looks awfully familiar now.
what kind a man would choose to spent his time in prison?
- Rambo
He knew the 4 digits but did not know the sequence (order). Meaning nPk. In this case that boils down to n! = 4! = 24
U are telling me Rambo had the time (prison guards around) and skills (keying without seeing keypad) to key in all 24 possible permutations without getting caught?
All you need is time and he had plenty of it
The guards weren't around to watch the cameras (they were on a smoke break). Skills can be done, especially when he has plenty of time to watch the keypad while the guard is putting in that day's code. Plus he likely studied various keypads as part of his job
i dont think, there will be some same smart prisoner :)
