When you ask Gareth about when he is a BTC buyer:
BTC at $16K - Gareth - I'm a buyer at $12k all the way down to 6k
BTC at $25K - Gareth - I'm not a buyer, lows are not in yet
BTC at $32K - Gareth - I'm not a buyer, it's a bear market rally
BTC at $50K - Gareth - Ok lows are in, I'm a buyer at $32k

I did something similar. Just make sure to take your own responsibility in listening to these peeps. Buy at 50k, if we don't get a cool off in the market and dip back to 40-50k and go sideways for months itll peak early in the end of this year and not be anywhere close to a normal cycle. I think we need to buy when the feds pivot, it will be in the summer and before the election. We buy then and sell in 2025. I do think this will give us good buys.

And this is why we use stop loss orders, risk managment, and money managment. We don't need to be correct all the time, in fact that is impossible ... but what is crucial is that when we are wrong we get out as fast as we possilby can. Most people can't do this because they let fear and greed make decsions for them. Greed and fear have no place in trading. The less of those thing we have the more money we make. I know I am doing it correct when most folks are greedy I am fearful and when they are fearful I am greedy. It is the opposite of what people think. The charts tell me exactly what to do regardless of how I feel about things.

It's got to the point where if I go to some effort to type out a thoughtful reply, I select all -> copy before posting in case it gets auto removed 60s later and I need to repost with some modified words that the algorithm perceives as troublesome. I don't type swear words or other nasty stuff. It's mostly geopolitical or finance -related commentary and personal opinion. The algorithm and those who developed it are scuffed.

Don't be foolish. We never do what other people suggest ... ever. Their time horizions, risk managment, profit zones, account size etc are different from ours. What works for them will not work for us. WE need to do our own work not rely on some free advice we can get on CZcams. Every trader is wrong sometimes. Even the best of the best. That is not what matters, what matters is process expectation, edge, money and risk managment. That is it. I know, not sexy but who cares about sexy, we are trying to make money.
Start a channel called “tough guy” and teach your guests a lesson!

You folks keep going long. I will take the other side of that trade. Could I be Wong? Of course. But what I really want is you all to call all your friends and family and have them go long too so we can just make the bubble bigger. I will continue to sell into this rally. I would love to see 600 on the SPY. I might not get that wish.. but it doesn't matter I already have a massive short postion, i just wanted and even bigger position at an ever better price. Let's circle back up in 2 years and see how we did, shall we?

I read an article recently that mentioned how landlords are facing increasing vacancies and downward pressure on rental prices. It's definitely a tough situation for those invested in commercial real estate.
With all these challenges, it might be a good idea to seek guidance from a financial advisor.

He’s not being fully transparent and honest. I actually unfollowed his channel because of that as well. He’s been bearish since around 20k and told everyone Bitcoin was “retracing to the scene of the crime” to 30k then broke out in a cup and handle pattern. He said it again at around 42k, 48k and again at 51k and has been bearish right along through all those price points even until now. Eventually of course he’ll be right as the clock strikes 12 twice a day. I’m out Gareth. Sorry not sorry

I've just done an update on my comment from 2 weeks ago,... he's wrong again, in a big way...they aren't small calls he's making, he's predicting with conviction and every time the market does the opposite. If someone counter traded Gareth's calls for nearly 2 years they would have made a lot of money. That's an embarrassment for a trader channel guru, especially since there are plenty of retail disagreeing with Gareth in his predictions. I don't believe Gareth was a successful trader, I reckon he's just another fake it to make it guy who's learnt a bit, and is able to convince people with talk and trendlines that he's a success story. This isn't exclusive to Gareth, there is loads on you tube.
Whatever Garth says, do the opposite for success!

No no no. We listen to all this stuff for entertainment. The charts tell you what to do. Do Not ever let anyone influence if you should buy or sell or short anything. Only you know your time horizion, risk thresholds, profit targets etc. If you don't know any of that or are listening to anyone for buy or sell advice on anything.. The only persons you can fade is Jim Cramer. He is horrible and I think he is in bed with CEOs and the government so is mostly wrong ... at least on my time horizion.

Give Soliway his flowers for calling the drop in btc but he also called it wrong. When btc was around $25k, he called for $18k. He changed his tone after btc broke over $32k. Point of the comment, just dca in btc if you believe in it

All I know is Gareth was calling for 9-12k on bitcoin all last year and kept so many people on the sidelines ! He is a permanent bear ! And like a broken clock will be right from time to time . This guy has never been bullish , he probably just constantly shorts .

Go Gareth, he is the Merlin of charts. We can talk all day about the narrative but the only thing that matters is price.
ACTUAL digital gold, PAXG, is trading at a premium to the gold spot price on some exchanges. An argument could be made that some money selling out of BTC is making its way into gold, at least on exchanges that offer both BTC and PAXG (Kraken, Gemini, Binance)
