Nice effect on the rust. I used to do it that way with my 1/25 scale builds. I'll have to try it on one of my wee builds.

Here's a thought Danny: when you put the "paint key" on the left of the screen, how about adding the name(and maybe the number) of the paint shade on top of the blob of colour? The way you do it at the moment, the paint blob doesn't give us any extra information other than the colour, which we can see on the model anyway. That's not meant as a criticism; it just seems like a bit of a missed oportunity, and it's something I don't think anyone else does.😁
With Matchbox using separate parts for the body panels, it opens-up all sorts of two, or three - tone paint schemes, either at the factory, or for the cuistomiser. It's probably cheaper for them, if one chunk is plastic, but it has it's advantages too.👍😁

Wouldn't be a Dicast Disaster without a dark wash - was quite mesmerising watching you do the panel lines. I wasn't actually very impressed when this casting came out, but with some detail it looks absolutely spot on

It's weathered for sure, not ratted out though. Where are the cool decorations ratters add to the car, crows,crosses,50s logos or decals.
