The End of an amazing hike across Europe - Thru-hike Europe LOG#33

The very last log of this 10,000 km thru-hike across Europe! Can you imagine that we ended as a group of 14 hikers to cross the finish line in Istanbul? 12 people joined us from 4 different countries to share those epic kilometers with us as well as the extreme joy of completing this adventure?!
This log starts in the village of Demirköy, in the province of Marmara. From there, we crossed little villages like Kizilagac and headed to the Black Sea. From Kiyiköy, we followed the coast until it wasn't possible anymore and then, walked inland towards Istanbul.
7 days from our goal, Nil hurted himself with the major injury of this epic journey but his mental strength drove him to the end! Yest he kept hiking on 5 torn ligaments !
Thanks Noé, Julie, Matt, Buzz, Benny, Clem, Petar, Hugues, Oytun, Lindo, Kiwi and Lya for making these last kilometers a section we will never forget.
