I am wondering if we could use an LLM for the Property Buyers too , where in
1. The LLM wouldn't just find properties but also point out potential issues or things that the buyer should consider before proceeding to the negotiations.

Great stuff, just have a question: isn't there a risk of the LLM hallucinating? for example: saying that there is a 2-door wardrobe instead of the 3, or saying that the house is Georgian style (when it isn't)
It was a risk we were concerned with, but have put a lot of time into training the AI and have got some very good results. We can control how much freedom the AI has but so far it has done a great job at picking up the right details.
