I have always stuck up for Cutler even if I was a life long Lions fan since mid 1960's. People forget he is a insulin dependant diabetic. I have seen what my best friend has gone thru with that. Ton of respect being able to even play Pro football with that handicap

He almost died here in Denver before the diagnosis. And McDaniels ran him out of here for what? Orton and that bust from New England. Also, guess how many HC’s and OC’s he had in 12 years.

Cutler maintained his cool (and still does) when he didn't fit the NFL "profile" of nose rings and purple suits. He's well spoken, thoughtful and honest. He just flows through it. Good dude.
