Celtic music fit the pictures very well, I’m sorry it didn’t go under it all the way through.

While watching the G*N I have always thought that if I ever return to the South West England, I'd want to take my roadbike with me, but perhaps there would be other good reasons as well!

This is unrelated but ive heard there is quite a bit of violence in Mozambique recently. Hope peace will be with your country and the people there.

Do come Heather and all â˜ș The hole experience is amazing. One of the most beautiful cities in the world I’m sure. The 2 Oceans meeting and Mountains.. đŸ„°

Yes.. Mozambique is on a delicate situation up north of the country. Sadly.. Though Maputo, the capital city, is on the south (2700km away). Here and the rest of the country there’s no issues. You can still come visit and enjoy some of the beauties of the country like the so called Paradise Islands in Bazaruto Archipelago â˜ș

Thanks for the video gives me motivation to start looking at a shorter run in the wilderness here. Although the Netherlands is a bit more packed than the UK.

A very similar route to the ‘Dartmoor in a Day’ 50km run a few years back, but that was in September following weeks of rain - it was murder!

Interesting fact: to become a royal marines commando one of the final commando tests you have to do is a very similar route you did where they go from north of Dartmoor down to the south and finish near Plymouth. The route is 30 miles exactly and they do it with 40lbs and a rifle!

Wonderful video! Watching you run is inspiring and makes me want to try an ultra. I've never tried anything longer than a marathon, so 50-60K may be my next big thing. Thanks!
