    Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and opinions on VITURE Pro, this was a great video! One thing we wanted to add that you may find useful: when you update your VITURE Pro XR Glasses' firmware and calibrate their motion sensors on our website, you also have the option to turn the wearer detection feature on and off. You mentioned that you felt that this may contribute to experience, so we wanted to share. 😎
    We're so glad you're enjoying VITURE Pro - thanks for your support!

      Thank you for your message and suggestion. I was working on my next video and just recently upgraded the firmware and, as a plus, it also improved the colour balance!. The wear detection feature works works great so far (as you mentioned, it switches off after 1 minute).
      The latest firmware mentioned was just from last week when I already had recorded the video but I have now upgraded as per your suggestion. Thanks for sharing 😎

    Thanks for the review! Appreciate your comments and feedback though prescription dial is convenient but we do need to point out that it is best to leave your prescription lens to your optician for an accurate prescription for a greater experience. Thank you once again and looking forward to more content from you!

      Thank you for your comment. Certainly, a good prescription would make the experience better but I think it is more an issue of "placement" of the prescription inserts. The viture XR Pro also allow having prescription inserts if there's the need of any specific prescription that needs to address other issues apart from myopia. The dials can help those who don't have any other condition and this seems to be the case for at least quite a few customers. I think something that could help in the future is having a prescription frame for the xreal air glasses that can cover a wider area, that would help solving the blurry corners issue in some cases.
      In the case I tried to illustrate here the blurry corner simply happens because the glass of the inserts (that have the prescription) just ends slightly before the screen allowing the "naked eye" to see part of the screen without being fully covered by the prescription inserts.
      If the whole screen is fully covered by the prescription inserts that would make the experience even better. The pricey Apple Vision pro and the viture xr pro do have something that seems to cover more area 🤔. I'd say that although the viture is my new favourite I still love my xreal air 2 pros for the reasons I mentioned in the video

      Neither do I! I tried to focus on the features that are mostly different. The image quality is quite similar so I sadly didn't pick it up as one of the items to discuss first. I hope to cover several topics related to image quality in future videos.
      One of them is coming very soon!, thanks for watching 😎

    Cool vid. But I would like to know more about picture quality, screen size comparison. Also for the xreal you need the beam for better view mode, bigger size screen. Does viture require extra product like that also?

    • @FTACatch-up
      @FTACatch-up  Před 11 dny

      Thanks so much for your comment. It helps me identify better where I should be focusing my efforts. I have a lot to say about the glasses but it is difficult to compress in a few minutes .
      In terms of image quality I have a video due to be published soon considering the image quality without you having to install any app or use any device (beam / neckband) it does cover picture quality but screen size is to be covered in a future video related to the "Spacewalker" (equivalent to the Nebula app). Similar to the xreal air 2 pro you can't change the perceived size without the app/device.
      To answer the question in advance, similar to the xreal air 2 pro it doesn't require the beam to work. There's an equivalent viture device called "neck band" .
      The spacewalker app (equivalent to the beam app for xreal) does provide an interesting change in the way movement is perceived. I'll try to cover this in a future video.
      Thank you for stopping by 😎

    • @FTACatch-up
      @FTACatch-up  Před 6 dny +1

      Unfortunately, I haven't used it myself. I've read about the rokid max and tried to get it but it was impossible. The Xreal air 2 pros and the viture xr pro are newer and I read a comment from someone mentioning an improvement from the xreal air and the air 2 pros. I'd expect an improvement based on the specs and software available but I'm not sure about the rokid max as I haven't tried it myself, I'm sorry 🙁, maybe someone else here knows? 🤔. • @FTACatch-up
      @FTACatch-up  Před 15 dny +3

      This is just a summary with a few things that I wanted to mention that are very different. The image quality was good but just SLIGHTLY different. I'd like to complete a few tests before I can post something related to it but I'd certainly like to comment on that. So far, I'm having a better experience with the lack of blurry corners when using the XR pro but I've seen with some games a bit of a blurry corner around the bottom right. I need to test with different nose pads to check if that changes. Also I felt the screen of the viture is brighter yet the image quality is about the same. This matches the advertised 1000 nits for the viture xr pro vs the 500 nits for the xreal air 2 pro. Is there any aspect in particular that you would be interested in knowing? thanks for watching and stopping by 😎🙏

    Ironically I've been looking for a head to head comparison of these 2 specific glasses and not many are out there. Today I see this video pop up. I've had the original Xreal Airs for about 9 months now and love them. I travel a lot and usually use them on long flights. I also use them occasionally for gaming. Mostly racing games in my small sim set up. The only complaint I have is they are a little heavy wearing over time. I loved the styling of the Xreals... Until I saw the side profile of the XR Pro vs the Air 2 Pro. The Vitures look much more normal from the side. As for screen quality, I haven't tried either of the new pro models. I wish I had a little more brightness on the OG Airs in some situations but 90% of the time, they are fine, especially with the cover on. The big issue for me is with the software. As an iPhone user, not having the Nebula app for iOS is annoying. The Mac app is pretty good though. I also have the Viture app for my iPhone that I use with my Airs and it's pretty cool but you don't get the head tracking using my older Airs connected directly to my phone. I think it requires a charging adapter. I would like to hear more about the image comparison. I think I may move to the XR Pros next though.

      @FTACatch-up  Před 14 dny

      Thanks for watching and leaving this comment. I totally agree with what you said. I've also enjoyed the xreal glasses (in my case the air 2 pros) yet also experienced even with the xreal air 2 pro that they were a bit heavy wearing than the viture XR pro over prolonged periods of time.
      The other catch in terms of showing the image quality is that the spacewalker app (viture's equivalent to Nebula?) doesn't have (or I haven't found) an easy way to record what I see from the glasses in the same way I can record it with the nebula app. I'm working on a setup to try to illustrate a side by side comparison more than simply recording the output as if it was a monitor. I like the quality of the Xreal Air 2 Pro but I can easily tell the viture XR pros are noticeably brighter. In terms of the image quality, it is similar but not exactly the same. I'll try to go into detail in a future video but I suspect it might be subjective, hence I'm trying to find the best way to show exactly what I see. Thanks again 😎

      @@FTACatch-up So there's a little backlog on the XR Pros so I ordered the Air 2 Pros last week. They are much better than the originals. I also did something that not many people talk about. I bout the Viture Neckband and USB C adapter to use with Xreal Glasses and it's a nice combo. I like the Spacewalker app and I can use it with my iPhone. I tried the Mac version but no luck with Xreal Glasses. Using the Air 2 Pros with the Neckband and Spacewalker limits a couple of features like 3D and head tracking related things but the app/app companions are good enough to counter that.
      I can use the Air 2s much longer than my older ones, they're lighter, the image is brighter and the chromatic tinting is pretty nice. The Neckband is a game-changer though. It is a little big and it gets warm but having a decently powerful, near-full Android device around your neck with no dangling cords is very nice. I have all my streaming apps plus about 110GB of storage to download or store my own content. Once you download the Play Store, you can download additional Android apps and games. Its a pretty genius product. You can use a phone app to control it or use the buttons on the device.
      Another great feature is the "AI" assistant built in. They advertise it as something that can help you with tips while you game but I tried it with other things like asking what actor is in the scene of a movie, what episode of a show I'm watching or more info in general about what I'm watching and its pretty cool. I want to try it with some productivity things like looking at spreadsheets and asking how to create a V Lookup or sumarize emails. Just an interesting feature.The downside is battery life. Its powering the glasses and the UI so I get about 2.5 hours. you can charge while you use it but it charges slow. I guess you cant make it too big for larger batteries and still be comfortable. Xreal is supposed to release a Beam 2 and Rokid is releasing a Station 2 thats supposed to support a full spacial experience. It's on their site. No info on the Xreal product though. Both should be a huge upgrade in terms of features, power, and capabilities. Things like this are giving AR glasses a lot more usefulness.
      Overall the Air 2 Pros are great but I want to try the XR Pros as well. I might order them and wait the 2 weeks then return the one I don't like.

      @@mthusiastmedia9782 Wow! just thanks for the level of detail and your update regarding the air 2 pros and the neckband. Actually I got the neckband today and I've been testing it, so far I like it for what you said plus you can also connect a usb flash drive to it, it might not look pretty but extends the amount of space you can use for storage😬 .
      Regarding the desktop app for Mac. Sadly, I had the same experience with my xreal air 2 pros, there's no Mac Support. I asked Xreal about it but so far no response. If you get the viture XR Pro glasses you have to try the Mac OS desktop app, I'd like to record a video describing my experience so far but I prefer taking some days while I'm keep testing the app for work or daily use. So far it's usable and stable. It even made me think: shall we get used to use this kind of things just in the same way we got used to use a mouse?. I was able to send emails and create 2 virtual screens + the macbook screen or only virtual screens + mirroring the main screen. The gap between the glasses and the virtual screen also allowed me to see the keyboard and seemed quite ok for a virtual screen.
      Related to the beam 2, just to share in case you didn't know already. I think the next version available has been officially named "xreal beam pro" and it went out for preorder today although it was already available earlier in Asia. It looks a bit like a mobile phone and I'm looking forward to test it if possible. I think the neckband would be the viture equivalent of it which so far seems super convenient even despite the noise of the fan (which can apparently be silenced at the price of extra heat). I'm just wondering about durability of the cable that goes from the neckband to the glasses, if it deteriorates with time, what's the repair process? could I repair it myself or would I need to send it back? or would the rest of the neckband break before the cable does? 🤔
      A real pleasure to read you here, thanks for sharing😎

      Thanks for stopping by😎 . That's a good question!. I've been using both and I do have some comments that I hope to share in a future video. The answer is not easy but there's also the beam pro, I'm wondering whether that would be better than the viture neckband. Something I found interesting is that the neckband has is its unique shape/way of working. It feels faster than the xreal beam but its fan is way noiser than the xreal beam (in its default setting). There's also battery life and software stability which seems quite similar so far
