Do these glasses support HDR gaming? I hear hdr video content mentioned but nothing specific regarding full hdr support.
Do you have a big head or are the glasses tiny??
@@javierdiaz4763 I've seen these glasses look small on other youtubers where as I've seen them also wear a pair of xreal air 2 glasses and they looked the right size.
I think these glasses are just little.
Why do they look so tiny though. Are they designed for kids?
his head big
😆😆@@daysejones968
Yeah they look tiny on both Asians and Europeans from what I have seen
That is my take. They were designed for kids. No adult nose fits between the nose bridge. Yet on my kid they look perfect.
Wrong they fit my big head
I can't take you seriously with the way you wear the glasses...which is perfect.
Also to the people designing these AR glasses, make them larger than normal because the size of the eye lens should be larger than normal sunglasses & not silly small like how Brett is wearing them. 😂
They look SUPER tiny.
Totally normal size for sunglasses.
For Asian heads
they look super narrow
Thank you for your review! We're so glad you're enjoying VITURE Pro - we can really tell that it's helped solve a lot of the issues you mentioned at the beginning!
Hi, I'm looking at something kind of close to your product, but the 1080p resolution is somewhat limiting for my use case, and I have a few other questions.
(For context, I'm a software engineer, I'm mostly uninterested in video games, and I have written my entire environment myself using a tiling window manager on Linux)
1. What DDC properties does the device support setting over USB-C or HDMI?
2. Is there a published API for communication between an attached computer and the device? Alternatively, is the a library for communicating with it?
3. Is there any plan for a higher resolution version, ideally 1440p or 2160p? 60Hz is fine (at least in my case)
4. While the integrated app store is a great feature for many people, it happens to be antithetical to how I have prefer my environment, which is all strictly FOSS. Is there a stripped down version that is effectively just a "dumb monitor"?
I understand, of course, that while what I'm looking for is well within your capabilities, it may not be of interest to enough customers to make it worth mass producing, so I completely understand no matter what. Thanks!
I'm still not sure why apple just didn't go for this type of vr, instead of the vision pro, it would have sold like crazy.
If you’ve ever tried something like this, you would know. The FOV is terrible.
- FOV is terrible
- resolution is terrible bc these are projections/reflections and not actual screens
- battery would've been even worse
- the stuff above don't matter bc it still wouldn't work, it doesn't have any sensors to track your hands or your environment, or display stuff correctly in your space. This is a very barebones device barely doing any computing
Dope concept. I could see a road warrior getting a lot of use out of these.
I've tried the Xreal Air1, as a concept for portable/compact monitor is really cool idea, but it just feels like not there yet.
Biggest problem is the narrow fov (which I think is fixable now). For using an anchored 3dof screen, you have to either zoom the monitor and have the edge of the screen cropped out, or have it super small so you can fit a screen inside the fov and still can move a bit.
The pixel per degree is good enough, i think a bigger fov would've been a lot more useful.
The original Viture One glasses had the issue that if you were larger than average, i.e. your eyes are further apart and your head is wider, then you would not be able to set both eyes to focus correctly over the whole screen - anything off-center would be skewed and off-focus. Are these built so that the spacing between the two displays/lens is configurable?
when using as a monitor replacement for the PC, is the text at the sides, corners sharp or blurry?
Just bought it! Can't wait to try the Pro model. I have Viture one and I think they already good enough....
were you able to validate in windows 120hz was working? If so how were you able to get 120hz working.
Wow, this is a need! Awesome video
I have the previous model, they are awesome. Can't live without them playing my deck and Switch
Brett, dude, thanks for uploading this! I almost went and bought the Xreal's Air 2! I didn't even know they came out with sony's 4000 nits m oled's!
Do they make them in adult size?
These look great! Hopefully they will make them in adult sizes
I HAVEN'T EVEN WATCHED THE VISEO YET IM FUCKING CRYING 😭😭😭😭😭
THEY LOOKS SO FUCKIN GOOFY BRUH 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀
i think that it's just that the glasses look kinda small on his face, that's probably what it is.
ohw sure' cause the apple version looks better meh'
@@valpercinabanalan8576 Brother I dislike Apple as much as the next guy why bring their scummy asses into this?
made for smaller Asian heads
He’s definitely not wearing the glasses low enough on this ears lmao. Notice how high the arms are. It doesn’t look nearly as goofy on other youtubers. But yeah it does look small on him lolol
CZcams videos can be downloaded to watch offline?
Viture pro glasses and dock with neck attachment is a one stop shop for all needs 3d Blu-ray ps5 and all Samsung galaxy features with Netflix etc and the image is surprisingly crisp for 1080p glad I bought them I've been comparing XR glasses for the last few years and these are currently the best and the only ones that cover all bases cost $760.00 see with everything mentioed plus including a charging optional cable.
I tried not to but man...😂😂😂
i have a back and neck problem and have hard time to sit comfort when playing on my PC with a controller could they help me to play on my super expensive 4090/13900kf pc even i see its 1080P but sometimes i just want to lay down and play...
404 on first link and code doesn't work on second link
This seems cool, but my myopia is -8 😂 i tried the air 2 with insert lens but the inserts made things weird. Its also $180 ill never get back despite being able to return the air2 themselves.
Does this have smooth follow though?!?
How’s this compared to the nreal pro 2
does this support full vr, as in steam vr with 6dof?
The FOV is quite small. Made for a virtual screen, not for full immersion.
I like that the viture glasses are 4,000 nits but hopefully there will be a mini led display version with 3840 x 2160p resolution for each eye at 4,000 nits. I wanna be able to watch full 4k hdr resolution with no upscaling at all with my movies that I ripped from my 4k movie discs with a pair of 4k resolution for each eye with mini led display but with 4,000 nits like the viture xr glasses. I have the sony xperia 1 iv android phone with it's 4k 120 hz oled display and I have my 4k movies that I ripped from my movie discs that I have saved on my micro sds and I want to be able to view them on the go with smart glasses with my phone in my pocket while using my wired headphones from the headphone jack on my phone.
How well does it work on a plane?
I love my pair a lot. Use them everyday.
what do you think the screen can be compared to... is it at the level of quality of quest 2? or at least better than htc vive1?
Haven't tried, but my guess? Trash
This isn't an actual screen, it's a tiny projection/reflection on the lenses, so the quality won't be great
Also these are tiny glasses, they can't do the computing necessary for these displays
Great video!
I was hoping that he would talk about the safety aspect when using their dock. Wasn’t it not that long ago that Nintendo switch getting brick by 3rd party docks?
I just need the blue avatar glasses version 😊
I have these they're amazing you have to try them
Those glasses aren't even sitting properly ! :v
the brightest light in your studio is not nearly as bright as the sun, but I'm sure the dimming is a nice feature.
These are cool!
Does it work with 3d Blu-ray and 4k Blu-ray? Have you tested this?
9:30 With the mobile dock, you can.
He says video though. If you pirate a film or record your own of course it will work. But if you try to watch a 4k disk of a movie you legally buy from a store and try to watch it with a 4K blu ray player then your monitor has to support hdcp 2.2 security protection. Which for the record a PS5 disk doesn't have this security protection requirement and thus games will work fine on more things then 4K Blu-rays will@@Jianju69
Why is it that I'm having a hard time finding specs myself. I'm looking for 21:9
I have also a big head, inam worry about that with that kind of glass
If they made them a little smaller: vr contacts. I bet the tech is killer.
Ah yes Stevie Techwonder.... Nice!
How much?
I want one but for me on disability, the cost of any of these kind of devices is rather prohibitive. Like I 100% understand the price tag, just means it's out'a reach for me atm at least.
Why would I need an extra device to connect another set of glasses and share the screen? I think that’s called a TV. You only need one device to share with as many people as can fit in the room.
resolution?
He said it was 1080p on each display (per eye)
@@robschmid7955 thanks, i missed that, was relistening a few times but...
Even though this is sponsored, I can feel and hear your true excitement and enthusiasm for this product! I wish I could buy one
Does this support hdr gaming?
Watch the video
@@megamanx1291i did watch it. He says "hdr content" he could be referring just to hdr video playback. Also, I'm asking specifically because he is literally the only reviewer I've found who even mentioned hdr and he was not very specific. Also, nowhere in Viture's spec sheet or advertising does it mention these glasses being hdr capable.
I've been asking this question in every comment section I can find and I still have no definitive answers.
LMAO needs to be wider! 😂 Love the idea! Not the implementation!
Seems worth it for tech nerds
Was hoping for them to be more adult size this time around. Too bad.
Sponsored by Viture, just like RGT85 I just can't trust the reviews and the price is way too high
love ya brett but this seems very shill'y
It did at first but honestly this does make a lot of sense. The tech seems good and I believe Brett. The shill-feel probably comes from the fact he didn't talk about drawbacks, maybe it doesn't have microSD slot or lower wifi standard or slow usb transfer speed? We want to hear about it all.
It's a sponsored video
I mean.. he told ya it's a sponsored video bruh
Ive been using my regular ones as my daily monitor for like over a year now and i love them, noe for everyone tho
This video is so ridiculous 😂 the glasses look so tiny ! If it's supposed to influence me into buying them it's a complete disaster 😂😂😂
Isn't it VIE-TCHUR?
Dr. Robotnik lookin ahh with them on.
You kinda look like Sir Elton John with them glasses on.
Why are they so small/eyes close together? They look like you're wearing a kids glasses.
These look great, wonder how good xbox cloud gaming is on them and can you connect xbox controllers instead of theirs.
From what I'm reading you can connect Xbox, PS, and switch controllers. There's another video and the guys playing Xbox
oh man some one need to make "glasses friendly vr" Nvidia took away my analog 3D and im still mad
why do you look liek Elton John in the intro?
To bad this is sponsered content.. youtube got flooded with reviews of this device 2 days ago.
Will wait for the bad news in a couple of days...
Seems to small, probably hurts on nose, magnetic cable will probably snagg on things and disconnect.
Horrible battery life..
I heard nothing bad about the product here so it's not allowed to be said.
Link is 404
Very sad it’s sponsored video… I was hoping to hear the real story
It not sponsored I have the glasses and they are really great
this is hard to watch when it does not fit on his head lol still a cool product!
you look like scott the woz after puberty
uppa gangnam style
Why can't any XR company create any XR glasses that doesn't make the user look like a complete dumbass?.... It's perplexing. Can't they make the lense area bigger? Don't need to have the panel area to be bigger, just the lenses..
I want them so bad, but this shit is so expensive 😨
The glasses are 459 US dollars
damn, these yt bots sure are annoying.
The glasses look great Tho!
Man most of the things you're saying are not facts, not only are vitures the most expensive of the bunch, other glasses literally have the same features you claim only viture has. This is definitely a biased review.
He clearly hasn’t used the xreal 😂
Super small
He is wearing them crooked.
These cost more than a Quest 3 and only have 1080 resolution!
No thanks. Too much $$$'.
biggest downside, they are too friggn small for everyones face. every xr glasses is missing something important. its like they are playing games with us lol. and why are they selling us a controller we already have? that would make the price cheaper with removing the controller but nooooooooo
Is this a parody or are they so hilariously small??
They look very small or you've got a large face
965th
Bye bye Apple
The design is horrible, people with that thing on look like they had a stroke
Welcome back to 2010 when the first 1080p screen was released! Wow! What a good product! Forget 4k! Damn, let me sell my 55" 4K Samsung QD OLED, and watch movies on this trash 1080p resolution!
No, put your 55" 4k TV in your pocket and get on a plane genius. Make sure you put your Xbox in the other pocket.
Okay genius, I was not talking about portability, but strictly about the resolution. You don't buy these only for travel. Maybe you want to watch some 3D, 4K
or iMax movies at home. Why to lose 75% of the movie details by viewing it with 1k instead of 4k resolution??? So this makes them useless at home, but only for travelling it doesn't justify the price if you only travel under 5 times a year. One more thing: the TV's support motion interpolation up to 120hz with a very complicated algorithm. Possibly you can only see at 24hz on these glasses, which on OLED is annoying because of the low response time. But I doubt you understand what I am talking about.
@@mostwanted2000 they're 120hz. And there's nothing with a better PORTABLE option on the market! That's the whole point of the product. If you want to sit on your ass at home, then there's no reason to buy them. But apparently you're missing the whole objective. Yes, it's designed for people ON THE GO, NOT ON THE COUCH. AT HOME there are much better options. But you're trying to compare apples to orangutans 🙄
I know they are 120hz. The question is: do they interpolate the 24frames of the movies up to 120hz? If not, then every frames will be shown 5 times, so basically you still only see 24 frames pe second and many people dislike 24fps on OLEDs because in fast moving scenes you clearly see the flicker.
@UFDTech can you confirm?
72 views in 5 minutes?? Bro fell off
Ok sonic 😂😂😂
This definitely makes me regret picking up the xreal beams that device is such a big scam only 2 apps available since its been launched over 5 months
