You are a warrior, bet that beer tasted good after that strugle .
Cheers Colin. i earned that beer i reckon lol
Merry Christmas!
Thanks Borre.Wishing a very Happy christmas to you and your family
So the way used to get my beetle engine out which looks similar to your gearbox is, I took my wife’s best large wooden bread board put narrow blocks under it and screwed castors to them. Next job was the narrow blocks should be positioned far enough apart to get a trolley jack between, also having the height to get the jack lifting part in the middle. Next using a ratchet strap tie the gearbox to the bread board, get the boards castors onto a level surface ( drive, garage floor or plywood sheet ) and lift it up and slide it in.
that sounds like a good idea. i really need to get a trolley jack.i did everything with those scissor jacks lol
😊
Bet you are glad that job is done
and dusted out of the way.
Well done 👍👍👍
