I got my BHW head back with some new valves and I noticed the valves sit a little higher than the deck... do you machine, or grind them flush with the head?

@@HelderPutoPerformance thankyou really enjoy your videos i had a reputable company tell me it would not start and another tell me i would need to get it mapped straight away as would not be able to drive it as would overfuel do you know if the BRS 1.9 tdi suffer from conrod failure like the BLS and BXE you seem to know what your talking about

would it be a good idea to go from 3 holed gasket to 2 holed for more compression or will there be problems? I have an asz engine

what compression ratio are you running? what 1/4 mile times and power figures are you hoping to make. 350hp?
1.9 tdi over 500bhp I ded before 10.1s 139mph

You must ported the pistons ,like on this movie. I thing aprox a 1.5m maybe 2mm depper as stock
You can use 272 cam with completely stock engine, I would suggest Ina black
