At the start a 1.9 pd.... 5 rods, 5 cylinder, yes! I want one... That woukld be the best little engine ever..... A 2.375 PD.... the engine Audi should bave developed, would have been the best engine ever built in motor history

Boas Hélder, primeiro parabéns pelo vídeo e pela maneira como trabalhas,estou a refazer um pd150, não sabes onde consigo arranchar os guias da bomba de óleo? Os que tinha estavam partidos, já tentei ligar para a SEAT mas só vendem com a bomba de óleo nova que custa 300 €, obrigado

Nobody ever says which way the piston rod has to be installed in the piston!, Is there nothing to stop the piston rod bearings from spinning?.
very nice video ... i have questions ... are the tdi PD motors a tight fit or a rather loose fit? what do you think the oils in such tdi PD ..0w30 5w30 5w40 which parameter will provide better lubrication ... the oil should be thinner so that it is more distributed over the engine. or maybe more denser to stick to the moving parts of the engine., assuming normal driving .. in these engines, the cams of the shaft are damaged .. they are rolled .. which is the reason .. poor quality of the shafts. maybe glasses or maybe a roller lever of the injection pump .. sure you've heard about adding 2t oil for diesel to improve the lubricity of the diesel and thus improve the lubrication of unit injectors what is your opinion ??
I only use 5w30 oil
And normal diesel

Hi, I currently have an 1.9 AJM with a cylinder head from an AWX(including injectors with AL in the serial number) and 2.7 audi turbo converted to vacuum, @225 hp on 90% injectors. I want to put the pistons you have so 81.5 piston. Is this from 2.0 tdi? And second question, is AJM block(rod, crank block wall thickness) the same as awx/asz? Would appreciate some knowledge cause not many people know to answer my question.

Hi mate I don’t know about AWX engine but I’m thinking everything is the same I have used Passat engine on the pass and performing the same as ASZ
Pistons 2.0 tdi 8v is 81.mm standard the ones I use is oversized from skillaturbos veicomer

I have passat b6 2.0 tdi (8v PD engine BMP).. i wanna engine teardown and do block rebored and run these rods with stock head (full rebulid),new pistons with oversize of block with rings and stock cam but brand new, will it be safe to plug in turbo+injectors and better clutch and run 230+- hp for daily drive? i wanna bulid realible engine with fast spoon as i do 30 000km per year and i wanna have car a long time... i dont wanna spend on extra ported head (just too much money), i know i need better intercooler. Is there any advice what to do to get this 230-240hp safe to engine? any bits worth to change? Thank you. Nice work and nice video. Keep it going!
Hi mate if you only want 240bhp if my car i wiil kip the engine standard if you change the oil and filters every 10k will last around 300000 mils just need clutch intercooler end better intercooler pipes and hibrid turbo

Hello helder nice video but what do you think of a 1756 skilla turbo with 130 asz injectors on a 1.9 bkc 6 speed would it make a good daily and what sort of bhp do you think I could make ?
The turbo is good up to 250bhp the 130asz injectors I think is bad decision

I have a cylinder head and would get it checked out before sending... it's not a popular cylinder head so it's not likely anyone has developed cnc port work for it but I have some ideas on what I'd like to get done... I know from watching their videos that they scan them 1st... Ive had a 2nd bad head cross sectioned/cut up and have created CAD files for the kinds of things I'd like to do... still not bad prices at all... thanks again

Depend what power you what
Because it is not the right injectors for your car .And you're probably going to find if you do that some company is going to refuse to map your car because you have fit different injectors on the car
