I worked for an executive coach for 2 years, I hope people realize that these FREE explanations are what coaching executives pay $25,000 for & Leila breaks them down better and to the core
Hormozi now just literally means Master of Teaching Business
Leila gives me more MBA vibes
@@BM_100 Exactly. I worded the post like a weirdo. Thats what I was thinking of.
@@Aedoniusno worries, not weird at all .
I could tell you were trying to find the right phrase, lol
still can’t believe i get to watch this for free
Completely agree. Companies spend thousands of dollars trying to teach this stuff and yet here it is.
Facts
That was the biggest nugget ever breaking down employees being appreciating assets and marketing , product etc being depreciating asset. This is so true if you think about many businesses that took off and eventually failed.
Same and only watched 2 min of it, wondering now why is she giving that much free information this quickly, hope it’s not related to a health issue and hurrying up to something
@@sebastianclej-dv8ju It's not. It improves her channel and subscriber count. However, her husband will give you a full business plan on expanding and scaling your business for free. They don't need the money. They don't ask for anything...just want to teach. Ther are already 100s of millions of dollars in revenue. I like to listen to their leadership model. Great info. Learning a lot. Especially the fact that our leaders in our company suck.
The Hormozi’s give nothing but value to the world.
True power couple!
I remember the boss told me I had to get and employee to learn our shoe storage system at a shoe store or she’d be fired. I was an assistant manager at the time. I freaked out for a day. Looking at the employee newsletter I saw that this employee was TOP SALESPERSON in the state!!!😮
I used that to inspire her by praising her in front of everyone. Then encouraged to learn our organization system so she could be even better in sales. Magic. Everyone was happy. Nobody got fired. She never even knew anything negative at all. In the end it was wholesome and not a traumatic life experience for any of us. She quickly learned the system and the boss wanted to know how did I get her to improve so quickly. ❤
Leila,
I love the way you explained this.
I found myself laughing at your honesty, transparency, and how much I can relate.
Thank you so very much for your excellence and quality of videos and material.
You are changing the Business world 🌎 one video at a time 🙂
My business partner and I are just getting ready to start scaling more and this is exactly what I needed to see. Thanks so much for putting this together!
the level of clear and clarity is just immaculate. Keep it up Leila!
*People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.*
Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.
Finding yourself a good broker is as same as finding a good wife, which you go less stress, you get just enough with so much little effort at things
Brenda demonstrates an excellent understanding of market trends, making well informed decisions that leads to consistent profit
Sounds interesting. I was planning to invest some few £ in some coins, stack them up and leave them for a few years, but seeing this changed my mindset. Thank you very much
Any specific guide. I'm from Georgia how do I go about this? I think I'm interested how can I get in touch with Mrs Ernest Brenda
Incredible video. Even yesterday I gave feedback the wrong way and definitely learned from it
Hopefully you fix that today
Lately i got interested in financial market but have no idea on how to go about it. How does it work please..
As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. I'm guided by Stacey and Macken a widely known crypto consultant
I'm surprised that this name is being mentioned here, I stumbled upon one of her clients testimonies on CNBC news last week....
I made a lot from last week, a vision of the effective signals alone assured me of the turnovers. all thanks to Stacey Macken
Her insights and strategies have been helpful to most of us. Remember, success in trading and investing takes time and effort, but with dedication and discipline, it is achievable
Stacey Macken is ahead of the curve, many have not realized this yet.!
Most companies don't create requirements for jobs and metrics to determine if a job is being done well or not. This problem is handled in project management best practices. Unfortunately, most managers are never taught how to manage projects. They are taught to specialize in an operation.
Thank you so much for this Leila, I learn about core business lessons from Alex, and learn about managing people in that business from you. I'd always grateful for both of you until I die.
Is it me or can we just listen to Leila without all this background music. It’s like trying to listen to my favorite teacher with music distracting me. I want to learn but this music is distracting af 😭
That’s just for you
Same for me! Music is distracting
Honestly, I didn't even notice. I was just so focused on what she was saying.
This is one of the single best pieces of business/management advice I've ever seen, including college. And yes, I've made this same comment on your other videos!
The beats behind the wisdom is tough will bring the music crowd , keeps you turn , I’m making raps about my visions 🔥
Spot on about the critical role of internal structure and leadership in business success. Investing in robust accountability and leadership training can dramatically shift the odds of survival and growth for any enterprise. 💪
On point. Companies that invest in leadership win the game. People is what will make your company strong. Leaders are who take care of your people. Coach your leaders, develop them and all your metrics will improve.
Second the best video from you in two days ❤ I can see you love to talk but I hear a lot of experience in your words. You are gifted and I see you've worked hard to get to that level and I appreciate you 😎💪🏿❤️🙏🏿 "Boss Lady" ❤
Thanks Girl! You're one of the greats! Can you do a video or section on data collection. I noticed you and Alex always say wheres the data. However, no instruction on data. Theres a lot of software out there that wastes enormous anounts of money and time. How should small businesses be collecting/using data for exponential growth and accountability? Cheers y'all!
Taking this and applying it to all levels of relationships 🙏🏾❤️ thank you Leila
Why do feel I should be paying for this? Thanks for so much value, Leila. I always learn something new and valuable. It's so inspiring for me to watch a woman as a CEO, since most of the people I see talking about business on CZcams are men
So insanely useful for our business. Thanks Leila for this real, very tangible advice. This content is directly pushing our growth rate higher. Talk soon!
Thank you. Your videos are a massive help for me as a New Manager ❤
Coming to your event this month. This is my biggest weakness of my company.
I have literally watched this 3 times taking notes and looking at my team. Probably one of the top videos I’ve watched…
this is one of THE best videos on growing into an effective business leader I've ever watched here on CZcams. thanks for taking the time to share this.
I can't believe what I just watched - this was an ungodly amount of value. Appreciate the insights Leila
Thank you Leila for Sharing Your Experience With us.
Thank you for sharing this freely, Leila! You're an inspiration for me as a woman and as an entrepreneur!
friggin love this video. you've just given me so much confidence to fine-tune and get the results I know me and my team are capable of.
I appreciate hearing the story of your team going from 120 to 75 people with seemingly no adverse effect on revenue. This is similar to what we were able to accomplish with my teams a few years ago and I've always wondered if others have ever experienced something similar.
Accountability is growth.
Both for others & yourself.
Thanks for making everyone better with your videos.
Merci beaucoup ! I learn a lot from, it is realy thé part of running a business we need 💪🏽🔥
One of my favorite pieces of content you’ve put out yet!! ❤ more on accountability systems please! 🙏🏼
It's very challenging, the people side. Feels like babysitting.
"I really need this person in that role, even if they're only producing at 65%. It's not easy finding people."
If you have the financial means, you
1) have more runway where a position can stay vacant
2) and you can be picky
Most businesses don't have that. Flip side is with customers. "The CAC is high, I have 10% of my customers I'd like to replace with better customers, but I'm keeping them. The CAC is high."
Best business might be a hedge fund. Very few staff. Or a mortgage broker or real estate broker (self-motivated staff).
One solution is "employee owned business" where the employees gradually, incrementally, accrue a larger ownership stake and in the meantime, wow they keep themselves on point. Self-reinforcing 'best employee behavior' because they're partial owners.
"People is hard"
.
Stunning as always. love u
leila the background music is annoying try to lower it or remove it at all but your content is great 😍
Yo I just commented the same thing, lol. Her audience does not need this distracting music we will listen regardless. She’s amazing!
Another great video Leila! Thank you.
Love it so much value! Thank you. Only comment is the music i found it too high it was a bit distracting. But you are amazing
Clearly stated and quite useful information… much gratitude 🙏
I LOVE this so much. I totally have a business coach. I don't yet technically have a team BUT I can totally apply this while helping others in all the things! 😍
great teacher , explains so well
I thought most failed because of cash flow but I suspect both are equally true.
Hi Leila, could you use fewer animated icons and emojis in your videos? They can be a bit distracting. Your expertise really shine and I truly appreciate the valuable insights you're sharing for free
🙌
They kind of fall, like cultures, and countries.... it's an inside job. The glue that holds high performance teams together is a higher standard of accountability beholden to each other and the goals of the team.
I experience this in private schools here in Australia. Really disappointing but what I realised is because governments help fund schools, leadership can get away with it for eons.
It’s quite alienating and for me, makes me realise the importance of free market.
This woman gives us so much value is insane. God bless her ❤
I run a business of 25 people. This is amazing content. Thank you.
Great video! Just a quick note regarding the statistic you mentioned about business failure rates. While it's commonly believed that 50% fail within the first 2 years, it's actually closer to 20% in that timeframe. It's 45% within the first five years and 65% within the first 10 years. Exciting news! I can't wait for you to join me for the premiere of my video on April 15th!
A masterclass. Thank you!
I kinda love how they censored 'shit' in the beginning and then she drops the F bomb haha
I noticed the same thing
CZcams won't let you cuss in the first 30 seconds
Excellent teacher! ❤❤
This is pure Gold! Thank you
I say this with love, take it easy with the fillers.
One reason why people don’t give positive reinforcement is the regression toward the mean, it’s a big one.
I like alex but the backend operating concepts leila talks about are more appealing to me. Great work!
Yes, they just say go do your job. That is the WORST motivation. Literally why I left a lot of start ups! What is also forgotten, I notice, is that the boss ALSO needs to be held accountable to their business. So if their shit is not in order, how the hell should you do your job with half the tools. I feel like a lot of start ups end due to the tasks then ending up shitty, because resources are not there and a lot of them want to play boss and have the authority, but when it comes down to actually doing the work for that leadership, it's just not done.
I could go on and on, unclear metrics - that is another thing start ups do ALL THE TIME!!! Or vague metrics. I have worked for three and they had all the issues mentioned and all went down or just did not go anywhere.
Better than any business class I’ve ever taken
Give positive reinforcement for effort, not outcome. It’s the behavior, not the results that matters for good culture.
I run 2 behavior care clinics and this is totally true. Specially with the higher earners your team members are
Boss guru dropping more gems
This is GOLD!!!
great advice, you explain it very well thank you :)
You have so much emotional intelligence and I’m glad you expand that into your business.
Leila you are a blessing ‼️
So valuable thank you so much :)
I have a question for you to answer in a video.
How can younger employees create change/ give feedback to a boss without stepping on their toes?
You always ask it in the form of a question instead of stating observations.
This is amazing advice as a fitness coach too
When is your book coming out
Im applying many ofnher business advice to Mothering.. shes right , shes smart
It reminds me a lot on how to raise kids, I am using the same principles in parenting.
If the work gets done, you’re making progress. Personal accountability meter
Thank you!
This was incredible! She should have WAYYYYY more subs than she does. She's the GOAT
God damn she is good! Love listening to her
LAILAAA!! This is SO good omg
Leila you are the beast
When are you writing a book?
Gonna apply this in my marriage 😂❤love the content Leila! Your the absolute best ☺️
Ahhh so true
Lelia content always smashes
This is unbelievably valuable, Leila, holy shit...
And where might she had learned this from, ah Alex.
@@thomaszinecker1785 Actually Leila taught Alex.
He’s admitted to ignoring the “soft skills” until Leila put him on.
Leila is Top 2 and not the 2 😤

Real-life application on 🔥🔥🔥
Feels like life advice
Turns out, I need more Leila than Alex at this point
Oh so timely 😘
How do they get those numbers?? Where is the data?
If you make a book on this litteraly you will make better than 100million dolar leads x offers together, i dont know what you are waiting.
I need to watch this video many times and use it in a relationship with my spouse
I can tell this is gonna be a quality video. Just started. The title doesn't look too optimal though just my two cents.
Awesome
We don’t need Alex, let’s go Leila!!
Going to be honest, I would not have guessed Leila is primarily a positive reinforcement form of accountability type person. Guess I haven’t listened to enough!
It's Alex actually. He's the boss, men have waaaayyy more empathy than females.
24:28 lol
I see leila, i click
I wont fail if i don't quit!
Love you girl!
this was a killer vid!
Dam where was you before my business failed
