People seem to forget how much Alex admits that Leila is the logistics side of their businesses, so in reality, her videos hold more value, 1: Because less people know about them, and 2: She overall just provided a intrinsic value that can’t be found in Alex’s content.
Both of them together are an insaneee duo no wonder why they are at that level 🫡👏🏼

The one area I need to focus on is consolidating what we already have in customer feedback, and email traffic, isolate the product features, and improvements that they have brought our attention, prioritize the list and begin iterating. This is always such simple and basic stuff but it makes all the difference hearing it at the right time, thank you for the nudge

Step two: talking to my customers. I already have an inner circle! I already know theyd be honest without an incentive but I'm going to offer it anyway.
Step three: compile and prioritize the rest of the list, picking a date to review monthly.

To answer your question at the end - I need to finish developing the product (I'm working on a personal development guide, which will ideally grow into a course and coaching sessions). Damn I was super hyped when I heard Leila mentioning eyelash extensions. And then she followed with her Lashify preference 😂
But the time it takes to get your lashes does take a lot away from your life. What would it take for you to come back into a lash salon?
- Lashes being applied in 5 minutes? But then there will still be the commute.
- Short commute and fast, quality service? But then you still have to leave your house
- How often do you have to put Lashify lashes on? And how long does it take?
- Why would someone come to a lash salon over purchasing Lashify sets? Have it applied once/2-3wks rather than daily (if daily). Similar to the hair extensions comparison. Have it feel permanent and natural, as if they are their real lashes?

My biggest takeaway is to create an insider circle for constant and regular product review and feedback. That is super strong.

Hey Leila, this was my favorite video so far. Learned from the 100M Offers and Alex video's already that focusing on product is the way to play business on easy mode. Your video really hit it home and got a deeper understanding when you said, that product is something that you never stop building on. Really well done and put together, I already had the backlog but I've been prone to make the mistake of wanting to implement all the things.
