I'm trying to make a decision between sticking to building my CZcams channel or learn copywriting- I got my gaming CZcams channel rolling (a little momentum) and seems like Im making progress and if I stick with it I could see some incredible results, in my opinion. However copywriting is a pretty highly skill, especially in these few coming years, and if I want compete in business; the skills copywriting will provide will be essential! - Seems like I'll be more proud when I look back and I built my business in copywriting but at the same time, why start something new when CZcams is already rolling? If I can get any high value opinions that would be great! I don't really know anoybody I can really ask. So if any experienced entrepreneurs or anybody that would/could understand) I would highly appreciate y'all's opinion! Thank you guys so much! Let's keep thriving!

The information in this video is golden! I appreciate you sharing what it really takes to get to the 8 to 9+ figure level. So often, we over complicate things that are simple and we don't realize how simple it is to make money and impact others at the highest level. Based on your success and proven track record I'm sure the light bulb went off for a lot of people who allow you to influence their lives. I value all of your videos, but this one spoke to me in a way that reinforced being on the right track. Although, I'm not at the eight figure mark yet, I had my first 6 figure day when I asked myself the gun to your head question. It really worked and I realized, I had been programmed to look for the hard ways to make money instead of the simple ways. The 2nd point you made, reminded me of the book 10X Is Easier Than 2X. The big difference is you broke it down in like four minutes😂(it's still a really good book). Although you mentioned growing your Instagram following. I personally want you to know that your impact on the lives of millions, you may never know, goes way beyond your social media numbers and I want to thank you for that because I'm one of them!!!🙏
I love Leila but the title of this video and the content don't match. "How To ACTUALLY Build a Million Dollar Company This Year" makes it sound like this video was for someone just starting out and it goes right into how to grow a company that's already profitable. Still good info in the video itself but not exactly what I expected when I originally clicked. Hope this helps the team optimize thumbnail/title better.

I can see that perspective but also the skills she is talking about you can extrapolate. For example “how to grow it 15x” and talking about what you need to do by flipping it on its head. What don’t you have that you need to have in order to get in a place to make a million dollars this year?
I noticed this too, but I’m glad this title hooked me otherwise I might not have watched what is now one of my favorite Leila videos, will be rewatching this one several times
I think if you don't have a business or product already than expecting to make 2 million in your first year is a little drastic or unrealistic. She talks most about how to expand your existing business in general

Some people would appreciate more short comments that show love on an individual level. It would be pretty cool. I like to leave thoughtful feedback. Would be totally cool if I saw a comment from team Hormozi saying " Good suggestion. We will consider thanks for your support and feedback" since I dont want to impose further on Leila and Alex's personal time. Engaging with your audience is a good plus if you can. This would give them and indirect way of doing it.

I would've suggested a new product line if the goal is to raise the revenue. If goal is purely to gain more EBITDA then find ways within the company to squeeze out extra 2 mill.

Ebitda is not cash in your pocket. Its cash in the business pocket before distribution. If its not distributed its taxed and what's left of that goes in your pocket.
