It's sad how difficult things have become in the present generation. I was wondering how to utilise some money I had. I used some of it for e-commerce business, but that sank. I'm thinking of how to protect my $300K stock portfolio from decline is my main concern, but I don't really know which way to go.
Yeah, things might be tough right now, but I've realized that both bear and bull markets, as well as recessions and economic booms, offer opportunities for significant gains. I used to dismiss people who boasted about making fortunes in down-markets until I experienced it myself.
I agree. I've been working with a financial advisor since 2020, and I return up to 15k every month, and I don't even have to lift a finger. Although I also think the reason I make this much is because I started with significant capital.
There are many independent advisors available, but I work with Monica Shawn Marti, and we've been collaborating for almost four years. She's fantastic. You might consider her if she meets your needs. I highly recommend her.
Being heavily liquid, I'd rather not reinvent the wheel. Since this strategy works for you, how can I contact your advisor?
I'm cautious about giving specific recommendations since everyone's situation varies, but I've worked with "Kristin Amber Landis" since 2020 and highly recommend her. See if she meets your criteria.
I had this EXACT problem when I was a Realtor (part of the reason I didn't make it).
I never told or shown any of my leads what I was working on in the background. Nobody knew how my houses I was comping, agents I was talking to, title companies, mortgage lenders, etc. So when I finally did reach back out to my clients that we were ready for the next step, they had already gone with someone else and I could never figure out why.
🏁 Learnings
**Activation:** is the first point where the customer receives value from the product.
**Track and Report ROI:** Consistently make sure that the LTV of customers is maximized.
**Mirrored Communication:** is going to help you operationalize a lot of the value you give to the customer.
**Time to value:** how long it takes the customer to get value from the product after purchasing.
**Ongoing onboarding:** you’re always onboarding new customers to keep great customers.
**Evolving:** make sure that you don’t become irrelevant.
Legit one of the BEST videos I’ve seen in a long time. Will be rewatching this 10 times per day until it sticks in my head.

I own a pet grooming salon. How do I apply these values and lessons to my business?
Can anyone explain the difference between activarion and time to value?
Activation: when they purchase your course
TTV: how fast they can apply their lesson
Ex. You can have your customers go to a restaurant/grocery store that speaks that language within 1-2 days of each lesson so they are immersed in the language and can apply the lesson and be more inclined to move to the next lesson.
