@@Forza77Samir it definitely looked like you hit 2 or 3 of those crests at 240 which is damned impressive, a lot of them had the speedo jump to 246 from 170-210 as soon as the wheels left the ground though, which is interesting since it means the speedometer realistically indicates the speed at which your wheels are turning rather than the speed the car is going.

@@Forza77Samir I hate this since I'm relying a lot on the co driver. In my personal experience it happens way more from the DLC's stage.
@@SkeDav make the calls extremely early, it depends on the rallies aswell, Scotland is a very fast Rally so you gotta adjust the notes to be called earlier than usual

tbh I feel like its the only way to do this turn efficiently, 1st time out not knowing the track I did it like that, still crashed 4-5 times during the rest of the track tho
@@rash500m yeah I was just teasing about how insane this guy drives lol. That is the correct line and it’s also one of my favorite jumps in the entire game cuz it’s one of very few jumps that go right over a turn if you’re going fast enough. The landing hits like sex.
@@tankiller9638 and it’s probably the worst advice you can give to someone who is trying to improve lol. I lived by that code until I plateaued near top 200, then I realized maybe flat out isn’t always the fastest way through the course (said by guys in top 10). Slowing down and finding the perfect line, that’s what brought me to top 75 placements and it’s only up from here.
if you watch literally ANY REAL LIFE RALLY RACE, That's LITERALLY HOW THEY DO IT IN REAL LIFE.
THE GOAL IS TO MAINTAIN SPEED AT ALL COSTS. NEVER SLOW DOWN IF YOU DON'T NEED TO.
Pro rally racers are trained to correct minor mistakes with the wheel without slowing down. Yes, it's rather risky, but when literally thousands of dollars, sometimes HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS ARE AT STAKE, YOU LITERALLY CANNOT AFFORD TO SLOW DOWN!

After starting this game recently I searched up group B yesterday and they definitely need to add big crowds standing in the center of the road that the driver has to dodge.
Like 70+ people in the center and sides of the road

From 1:20 and onwards I was absolutely astonished! This is the best control I have ever seen from anyone on the game. You have earned yourself a sub from me and hopefully many more
I'm so conditioned by my own performance that even though I knew from the title this run was in the top 6, more than once I was _absolutely certain_ that it was all over.

I actually made it top 30 on one of the stages with the 205. Thought I did quite well, yet first place is still 9 seconds faster lmao.
Best 205 isn't even in top 10!

Great run! Im working my way up on RWD Group B. Can't seem to break out of the 70s on a couple tracks, just don't have the focus haha
If it wasnt for those 2 small mistakes at the end i think youd be at 3rd or something, thats some great driving! Good luck if you're grinding for that leaderboard

Spotter is just reading the story of whats happening out loud like a story book as the driver speeds through the course without use for his instruction
TBH I didn't watch, I just sat sat back and listened to that fucking gorgeous engine sound. I can't believe how spot on they got every aspect of it. Even the sound of the S4's supercharger blow off / diverter valve, which sounds subtly different to a bov on a turbocharger.
