I have this B/D item. Excellent. The Filters are what I need for extra care as you said. The filter code is only with prime? This should be in most Department Stores. Not easy to find.

I've read some reviews where people said the vent on the bottom scatters the debris you're trying to vacuum. I did not see that happen. Are you still liking it?

Nifty little vac. How often does the filter need replacing if u use the vac everyday for about an hour? Is the filter washable? Is it even advisable to even wash it in water? Also, I wanted to inquire about overall lifespan of the internal battery if the appliance is used almost everyday of the yr for atleast an hour. Since it is going to lose its charge holding capacity eventually, I wanted to know about its longevity and whether the battery is even replaceable at a service center as it won't be user-accessible.
Just got mine at BJ's. My model says 2X the suction, which this one doesn't . You can wash the filter. I'll try to update as I use it.

How do you know the vacuum need to b charged. I mean i bought one i turn it on. It works for like 20 secons then it dies. When I connect the charger the light blue lights up and stays on.

Garry Hamilton only 10-12 minutes. about halfway through the runtime, the vacuum starts losing suction power. I'm shocked *NO ONE* else has found the time to answer this question.
10 minutes isn't bad. If you need something with a longer duration, you need to break out the upright vacuum.

Their "2x more power" is complete BS. It' very misleading.
They based that on an 18 volts vs. a 4 volt.
I thought when I bought it, it was 12 volts. Nowhere on the box, the device, or the instructions, does it say it was a 7.2 volts.
