Hello Dr. Sugai! I have a small question please -
I have been using "the inky list" retinol which is really nice, but I have noticed some fine lines which I would love to try and hide.
Would you recommend using prescription products such as topical Tretinoin (0.025 as a starter), or buying one of those over-the-counter creams that you talk about in the video?
Also, If i'm already incorporating products such as hyaluronic acid and nicainamied in my skincare, should I look for a product that contains them as well?
I'm 28 and my skin is not sensitive, and would love to help my skin a bit!

but the cdb retinol i find it unbelievable that it has such a high conc of retinol. used it on broken skin and there were no irritation either and after a whole bottle i still couldnt see a diff in my skin

I spent my early years in Panama and then several trips to Hawaii when my son was stationed there. Just in the last year did I noticed the dark spots and found out I also have hyperpigmentation. Does the resurfacing cerave treatment take a long time to lighten them? Hoping to gain a realistic expectation lol. I actually got the purple bottle because I purchased before I saw this video and now I'm going to have to go back and get the other😂

I have been on 0.15 Tretinoin, 4% Azaelic Acid and 4% Niacinimide for past 6 months. To help with wrinkles & some redness. Overall skin feels much better but still have redness. Do I need to increase percentages of any of these?

I have some catching up to do watching all your videos. :) I like to introduce these top 5 Retinols with Niacinamide to my daughters: Ages 18 ( acne issues) and 21 (uses too much of everything), and I am 60 ( I don't use anything other than Olay lotion). Would it be safe for all of us? I have some dark spots coming up slowly. The Cerave or Kiehl's sounds great. Is this replacing the daily lotion? Use at bedtime? Thank you!! :)
I think that the renitol will work for you’re skin. You’re daughters are to young for retinol. I think at can be used starting from 30 years. The can use a cream with hylaronic acid and a cream with spf. For you’re daughter witch use a lot of products. She can use a facial cleaners, mosturizing cream and a cream with spf that should be enough. And some times a facials mask to hydrate/clean the skin

Question, maybe stupid but...I use Differin for acne control and has done wonders for my skin. Never tried any retinols. Would I benefit from.a retinol product or since adapalene is more powerful it doesn't make any sense for me? Maybe a retinol just for under eyes?neck? Actually my neck doesn't get irritated from Differin. Differin is promising for anti ageing too, but is it better than a retinol for that, how much data is there to prove it?

If I use a basic SPF moisturizer (Olay Complete SPF 15) during the day and the Keihl's at night, is there anything else I should layer in there, or am I thoroughly covering my bases?
