Worth pointing out that Alm's Blade, the Royal Sword, can still be used by Morgan in canon with no conflicting issues if Walhart is his father, since Walhart is a descendant of Alm and Celica.

Technically grima wasn't killed in the dungeon so he fell back asleep it makes sense walhart is a descendant of alm and celica because he wanted to unite the world against grima
There's something sinister about hearing this while seeing the Deadlords fight for the Grimleal. Just imagine if Aversa was around to use them in the future. Lucina would be fighting her dead father and mother, even possibly Emmeryn. Like Lost in Waves but they're the Deadlords instead. It was also chilling to see one wield Valflame. That means even the great Arvis was just another dead doll to be added to the collection. It's pretty sinister lore.

Speaking of the Deadlords, can we talk about how a set appeared in Chapter 22 with clearly legendary weapons with 0 buildup? Who the hell were these warriors and what were these weapons originally. the wiki implies they were generals back in genealogy of the holy war.
@@giraffedragon6110 They were generals used in the Church of Loptyr by Julius. I'm not sure how or why Aversa has them under her control because that implies that Grima is affiliated with the Loptyr Church in some way. There's no way to tell yet, unless Nintendo remade Genealogy of the Holy War. Still hoping. Since there are a lot of contextual ties to other games in Awakening, some things seem really random. Like how Valm was Valentia and how the Great Mila Tree was the tree in the credits of Echoes. She grew into that massive tree like when Naga grew into the World Tree.
@@damonrichardson1999 The Great Mila tree is where Mila and Her brother Duma were buried at. Grima and Loptyr has no ties together. Loptyr was a earth dragon who hated Naga cause she sealed earth dragon away who design a plan to get revenge on Naga where as Grima was a creation from a mad scientist which used blood from Naga and His Blood and from Dark insects cause of that Grima was highly powerful and stronger then Naga the only thing that Grima and Loptyr had was that were both dark draogns that could summon dread Lords.
There will always be something about that moment in Invisible Ties after you beat Validar for the first time. When the music shifts from Chaos from Divine Decree, you know that Validar's time is up. The battle's tide shifted and fate has changed.
It felt cool as shit, I'll give, but still felt kind of like an asspull... I wish it was better executed.
